Best UPS Store I’ve ever been to. No matter how long the line is, it’s always an easy in and out. I needed a couple pieces of shipping tape, and the kind gentleman behind the counter gave them to me free of charge. In a world where it feels like we're charged for every breath, that kind of small kindness was unexpected and exactly why I keep coming back, both for business and personal needs. They treat people like people, and that makes all the difference.

Overcharges for prepaid labels. This has happened twice at this location- I got a cost adjustment the last 2 times I dropped off a package- have to admit I did not weigh my package the first time but the next time I made sure to weigh my package- I weighed it at 10lbs- the adjustment said it weighed 30 and I was off by an inch- there is no way I was off by 20lbs. And I measured the package accurately. Won’t be shipping out of this location again.

Sunday Feb 2 2025 @2:50pm. UPS STORE DANADA WHEATON IL. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Young Man at the desk I Didn't get His Name Was Prompt Efficient Friendly, Approachable & Service with a Smile. It was very close to closing time & He was Very Patient Helpful, Patient & Kind. Also the Young Lady that was there Also Very Kind & Patient since it was almost closing time. Thank You ❤️

The 3.9 rating is likely customers with complaints, which doesn't give an accurate description of the thousands of satisfied patrons. I've used the Danada store beginning with its opening, for both busines and personal - never have I incurred a problem. They have always been very accomodating -today was way above and beyond in customer service.
I am now 82, can't drive and use a walker, so getting Christmas packages to them is an ordeal. I called and spoke to Malcolm, explaining my predictament; my plan was to give them my payment information and then send my packages via Lyft or Uber. Malcolm was extremely thorough in obtaining all pertinant information and told me he would call me when the packages arrived and again when they had been entered into the system. True to his word, he did just that, and right in the middle of the holiday rush.
I'd like to offer up Malcolm as a true asset to the UPS Store Company, they are lucky to have him. Merry Christmas Malcolm, you certainly made mine all the happier.

Greg provided exceptional service several times. I was shipping out fragile, irreplaceable family items to different areas of the country, including a vintage radio, mantle clock, artwork, and music box. He handled and packed each of these treasures with extreme care, and is knowledgeable about the safest and most cost effective shipping methods. Greg was friendly, reliable, and personable, provided quick, quality service, and went above and beyond to assist me each and every time.

UPS ships fast, you drop off the package at the door and you get an easy tracking number for assurance. And, it’s not that expensive. I am happy with UPS. I was using USPS for a long time. I don’t know what took me so long, but after being frustrated with them UPS has been great for sending my kids packages in a very timely fashion.
