This store is so accommodating and helpful! They are always cheerful and welcoming. My girls even love joining me to say Hi to Mr. Patel and get a couple lollipops! Highly recommended this store!

I had my UPS package that I needed for work shipped to this location because I wasn't going to be home when it was originally supposed to arrive. That was a terrible mistake because the customer service at this location was awful (and its mainly because of the owner). When I tried to pick up my package in the morning at this location they said that it wasn't there and it was at a location in Addison. I drove over to the UPS store in Addison and they told me that it was at this location in Wheaton. I drove back at night and the two gentlemen who were working the evening shift were able to locate it. It turns out the package was right there (less than 5 feet from the counter), its just that the person who was working the morning shift was too lazy to locate it. The two younger gentlemen who were working the evening shift (who were much more helpful) said it was probably the owner of the store who I was dealing with before and that he is rude to customers all of the time. Stay away from this place!

Unfortunately, my scheduled meeting with a notary who had never existed was entirely unproductive. Good thing I got an email after I had already shown up for the appointment telling me no notary worked at the store. Otherwise, they would have succeeded in wasting a good chunk of my time.

I have never experienced such rude employees as I have in this location. I came to this location twice and brought in a return each time. Two different employees argued that they would not complete a return with an open package. I overheard another employee rudely saying the same to another customer. Amazon should pull their ability to accept returns from this location.

I go here quite often to mail things or to do Amazon returns and have always been treated well. Staff is nice and service is usually very fast.

Brought in a return for Amazon. When I spoke to Amazon they told me to just bring it to any UPS store and they’ll pack it NO MATTER WHAT THE LABEL says. This guy inside (after I told him this) proceeded to get an attitude. I recommend they reach out to Amazon to tell them to stop telling customers this and he AND his coworker both said it wasn’t there problem. Bad customer service on both sides. (And yes- I even called Amazon about this after I left)

Horrible service walked in with my arm and a sling carrying a box no help whatsoever to open the door. It’s two men stood behind the counter, staring at an iPad and a younger gentleman standing there waiting for people to figure out how to do an Amazon turn in not offering any help. Became my turn when a younger prettier woman walked in the door for copies and he stopped in the middle of my order and went and got her copies done no apology no excuse me no nothing will not return to that store.

This place is literally horrible. It smells really awful inside this facility and has been smelling awful for several weeks. They do not care about anything at this location.
Also this place is fueled by Zionism and anti-Christmas rhetoric. They do not have any Christmas decor, only Hanukkah symbolism. This place does not even have a self-scan option. The layout of this location is terrible because people have to wait in line from the doors and I have seen the line pile up so large that people have to wait outside just to ship an item. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
