I had an issue with few of packages saying they delivered but didn’t and Jessica helped me out went above and beyond and made sure my package was delivered that evening. Her costumer service was amazing. Very skilled and professional! Thank you Jessica for your help
And also thank you Lodi for follow up! Best post office when you have great people working to insure everything gets addressed!

This location is right downtown (historic building) and is one of the more sizeable in Wheaton. There was hardly a wait even though I visited during a rush period. The service was phenomenal and the postal clerk took the time to review my passport renewal materials and offered me all the mailing options so that I could make the best choice. Overall, excellent experience ? ?. Thank you!

To those who want to send gifts to your love ones overseas, please be careful. I was very disappointed. One of items in the package was stolen and usps did not take responsibility even though I paid for tracking number and insurance. The package got destroyed.I contacted usps, send them picture, and received an email saying that “ Your inquiry has been processed by the destination delivery agent. They have no verification of any damage or missing contents to your article. Therefore, a claim for indemnity cannot be authorized.”No more usps for me.

I just wanted to thank Maria and her coworker for a very pleasant experience! As a hapless millennial, mailing important documents “the old fashioned way” seemed a little daunting to me. How many times have I received junk mail, only to now completely forget how to address a letter?After they helped me with what I needed to send, the ladies at the post office and I were able to share a laugh over the difference in our generations. I’m so glad our local post office has real, compassionate people behind the counter - as I would have felt pretty embarrassed otherwise.

Can only access P.O. Box during business hours. Literally the whole point of mail. Unfortunate.

The staff at the Wheaton Post Office was amazing! I brought in over a 100 wedding invitations and they hand cancelled all the invites to ensure they don't get scuffed up in the sorting machines. Mariah is amazing!!
