I would absolutely not recommend this location. I went in 6 months ago to upgrade my phone and have been overcharged on my bill every month since. I've gone in every month to ask them to fix the issue, and every time it's been made worse. Sales associates will give out their numbers and say to text with any issues and then will read the message and never respond. Incredibly frustrating experience all around

This location charged me for expedited shipping for a phone I purchased. Verizon would not allow me to apply the upgrade fee and shipping to my account. So I used a Credit Card. The phone did not arrive in the time frame I paid for. I rearranged my work schedule to make sure that I was home to sign for the delivery. I could have paid no additional fees and got the phone in the same time frame.
I called customer service on Oct 11 which they opened a ticket to refund my money. They immediately cancelled the ticket and they would not refund my money until my bill was paid. I paid off the bill on Oct 16th, and was told my refund would be returned to my credit card in 7-10 days.
When I still did not receive my refund, I called again on Oct 25. I was told this time that I would have my refund in 24-48 hrs. I questioned this, because I knew Verizon would not provide a refund over the weekend, especially on a Sunday.
I called in Oct 29 when there was still no refund applied to my Credit Card. Verizon informed me that I could not get my refund until my bill was paid. They would apply it to my account, but couldn't return it to my credit card. So I couldn't use my account to pay for my upgrade fee and shipping, but they are only able to return my shipping fee to the account. That or I have to wait to hit a small window to apply my return when my bill has zero balance.
I wish I would have gone with a different provider. Their customer service is not helpful and give you the run-around.
11/15/24 Update:
I filled out the form from below response from owner. It stated that someone would call me within 5 days. To date, I have not received a phone call yet. I have checked my bill and the refund has not reached my account. There has been no refund to my Credit Card.
12/31/24 Update:
To date no one from Verizon has contacted me. No one from Verizon has even tried to help me with this matter. This is still open.

I'm very thankful for Tyler and the rest of the staff at this Verizon location. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently help you figure out what service you should sign up for and what perks/ extras you actually need and will use. They also know how to easily reach out to their call-in help service when the activation and porting of your number isn't going quite right. I'm a brand new customer, I was able to book an appointment same day, and I was fully taken care of in less than an hour. Another customer came in while I was there and the other staff helped that person by answering many questions regarding adding a new iPad, how much it would cost, transferring a phone number, Etc Thank you! I highly recommend.

Wife went in to get a new phone and these idiots messed up our acct and caused us almost $500 in fees from Verizon. Go to A corp store where they will do the acct right.

My second visit to this location and another great experience. Xavier and his colleague Tyler did an exceptional job assisting me with upgrading my family phones and plans. Great service is more rare than ever. Nice job gents!
They answered my questions and offered me options based on my usage and needs. Verizon has been the best cellular service and I don’t ever feel surprised by my bill.

A pleasant interaction with Ryan at this Verizon store. He was prompt in helping and took time researching an item for my grandmother. He was very patient as well.

If you are looking for rude sales staff, poor customer service and disrespect towards loyal patrons, then the Verizon Store in Wheaton- Danada is the store for you! I was told they could not help me purchase a new phone unless I either added an extra line or some other promotion I was not interested in. I bought the phone online and then returned to the store to trade in my old phone, they wanted to charge me 30 bucks to set up new phone… manager was not able to waive the fee… so once again I got on my phone and spoke with customer service, which reimbursed me for the 30 bucks. Verizon, you are this close to losing a profitable customer.

They deserve no stars. No one returns phone calls. They promise up and down they will follow through. Useless staff companied with useless customer service and support. I was a customer for over 15 years. They value our loyalty so much they won't do anything to keep it. Good riddance.

Had a super easy visit with Verizon today! They were great to work with and I ordered my new phone, I should receive in a few weeks. Told me to come back if I need help transferring my data! This was honestly the least stressful visit I have ever had? maybe I won’t wait so long to upgrade my phones if it’s now this easy yay!!
