Don't recommend anyone to go here, they lack professionalism, very inefficient, they demonstrate unethical along with very questionable protocol.

I've been on a certain medication for 2 years and need it refilled every 30 days. It hasn't been ever been in stock. You would think there would be something they could do, knowing there's a refill of it coming up but they told me "we can't do that. You can submit the request earlier and that way it will be in stock by the time it's due." I tried that and it says it's too early to refill it and then when it's time... Delayed, out of stock. I need to try somewhere else I can't deal with this anymore.

My wife went here to exchange an electric toothbrush that stoped charging and they were extremely rude to her. So we went down the street and exchanged it with no issues.
I called to let the manager? Ron Williams know of the situation and he was hostile and rude for no reason. He said he didn’t know of the situation but just went over all the details which I let him know that he had just done. Then he told me that I was being rude. So weird and unnecessary. He said I’m not going to argue with you. I wasn’t arguing or had any reason to argue. My wife left confused why she was treated so poorly but still was able to complete the mission down the road. Thanks for your time and effort honey.

We moved from using Walgreens in Warrenville to this location. It's been a big disappointment. No one seems to know what's going on in the pharmacy. They don't communicate when your rx is delayed or if there's a problem.
I've been told my rx will be in the following afternoon only to be rather rudely be informed, nah, maybe tomorrow. I had one person say an rx had no refills left only to call later and another person say there were refills but insurance won't cover it. How can it be both?
I think walgreens has declined steadily since Covid. The pharmacy always seems understaffed, employees seem distracted and stressed. I'm stuck with them for now but I'm going to try a different location. These people do not seem to know what's going on.

Recently moved and switched to this pharmacy. They hardly ever have medication in stock, they will mess up prescriptions, tell you in a very rude way they don’t have a script on file only to send you on a wild goose chase with you having to contact your doctor only for them to end up having the script the whole time. I’ve been hung up on for asking the pharmacist to help find a solution to a problem they created and were responsible for. I’ve gone to pick up medication and was told by the store staff the pharmacist decided to not show up to work so it was temporarily closed until they found a replacement. Overall a terrible energy from the pharmacy employees. Where is the liability for screwing up and then them arrogantly shrugging it off like it’s not their problem?

Today 4/18/2024 8:00 p.m. was at this store. Good staff, but the manager needs to be replaced. I noticed a bad attitude towards the staff on his part. And so the store is clean and the sellers are good and friendly. But not a manager.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. There is almost always a long wait, as meds are rarely (if ever) ready, even when you have been alerted that they are available for pickup. It is well worth extra travel time to another pharmacy to no longer deal with this place.

If I could pick 0 stars I would. In my opinion, all Walgreens are getting worse and aren't pleasant to deal with. THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. pharmacists are rude and staff is rude. They will not help you get your medications. They dont care if people need the medications they are on ans if there is a problem they will not help you figure out what to do. I was there for 45 minutes and they couldn't help half of the customers that needed meds. They turned them all away with no solution it was honestly sad that the person next to me couldn't even get hisAntibiotics. They didn't offer a solution for him either. I called a different Walgreens 45 minutes away so I didn't have to deal with them. TERRIE LOCATION.

Even when there are no other customers here I wait! People must hate their jobs. They’re all pretty rude.

Called to confirm strength of an Rx on file. They kept cutting me off when I was talking and said I didn't have that Rx on file (the Rx is on file; was there at a different local Walgreens days ago).

This Walgreens Pharmacy is is poorly managed and are so overwhelmed that there is no concern when it comes to fulfilling prescriptions on time and working with basic insurance coverages. There are certain medications that can have detrimental effects if not fulfilled within several days of requests. This is a lawsuit just waiting for a big mix up to happen and unfortunately someone’s well being could be greatly impacted.
