In my experience, the employees at this location are friendly. But today I came in to pick up a prescription. I got in line right at 11 AM stood behind a woman who was checking out at the pharmacy. While waiting, the pharmacist announced to me that the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I did not see any signage or any indication that it was closed. I asked if she could just check me out quickly as I was the only remaining customer. She was unwilling. The other pharmacist was also unwilling. I get the importance of a lunch break, but it was causing me a tremendous inconvenience when it probably would’ve taken them three minutes to check me out.

Worst pharmacy of all time. Your prescription is never ready. I’ve switched my business over to Costco- a couple miles further but never any issues. Greatest decision I ever made in my life was to stop using this pharmacy.

Cashier on 12/06/24 at 2:01 p.m. was extremely racist needs to work on her morals and ethics. The was she treated me even though I complied with everything she said was absolutely disgusting.

I've been coming to this wags for years, both the pharm & store. Last wk (9/28 around 315p) a young guy I'd never seen there before (new employee?) rang up my purchases & asked if i wanted a printed receipt. Lots of places ask this now, but I've never been asked at Walgreens. I assumed it was a new policy & declined the printed receipt, but as i walked out the door i saw the guy holding a long receipt (?) Less than 2h later i got 2 fraudulent charges (both online, for a vape shop + Ping golf clubs) Coincidence? Maybe, but i hardly used my debit card that whole week & then 'bam' rt after the weird receipt thing. I called & asked if it's a new policy for Wags to ask if cust want printed receipts now & guess what? It's not & they don't. Thankfully my bank caught the fraud, but I'm still waiting for them to credit my acct for the charges, & for a new card. I suggest NOT using your debit card here & make damn sure u always get your receipt!

This pharmacy is absolutely atrocious and never on time. I showed up at 6:15pm to pick up a prescription and they said it wasn’t ready and they needed 30-minutes. I said fine I’ll wait. I come back inside at 6:45 and now they’re on their dinner break until 7:15. I have pneumonia and desperately need my medication. Every time I’ve been here to pick up meds they are ALWAYS behind without fail. They are lazy and never put the patient first. This is the last time I will ever use a Walgreens pharmacy. Disgraceful!

Yeah, I was at the Walgreens last night and this young lady named Hania was very helpful, very motivated and very nice girl who was doing her job and she was so good at it that I had to say something to the manager and write this review.

The pharmacy hours are false. They actually close earlier than what is online. Also, the medication is never ready on time.

I recieved a text that my rx was ready at 640 pm . I live 20 minutes from this pharmacy so I got here at 7 pm. Come to find the pharmacy was shut down. Went to the front to find out they closed for their break. OK, I work in HC too, I get breaks are important, but the text should have said " a friendly reminder our pharmacy closes at 645 until 715". I'm sitting here Twiddling my thumbs. Not to mention I dropped my paper script off at 515 they said it would be ready ay 630. Im sorry but why does it take over an hour to fill a script?

After a year of battling every single pharmacy employee about the birth control I know I can have, I'm done. I will be leaving for another pharmacy.
I tried to pick up my prescription last night and when I told them they gave me the wrong medication, they LIED to me and told me the order had been canceled out by my doctor when it had not.
I went in today to get it fixed and Jonathan was incredibly helpful and apologized, which he shouldn't have to do since it wasn't his mistake. But one good apple does not 'un-spoil' the bunch. I've had nothing but bad experiences here and I doubt I'll be using walgreens pharmacy ever again if I can help it.

The people who work in the store are racist. They totally hate couponers. I don’t understand why but no one said hello or anything when I walked in but every other customer that was Caucasian, they spoke to the store manager needs to do some retraining and these people need to work on their ethics.

Wow! This pharmacy was so helpful and easy to get in touch with. I had a complicated situation with a prescription but Scott was so helpful to take the time to explain and act in my best interest. Much better than other Walgreens I have contacted.
