Gross and dirty mouse traps all over the place. I tried to get out of my contract after my fiancé passed away. I was not moving into the place for nine weeks. They would not let me out of the contract. It is a horrible disgusting place dark creepy garages no response the Internet never works goes out at least once a day, if you’re working remote, that really stinks

Wheaton 122 is located in a fantastic location in DT Wheaton, close to everything. Alli and team have been great throughout my move in afterwards. I appreciate the level of care they provide and would highly recommend touring Wheaton 122 if you are looking.

I have been living here for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. Freddy has been amazing. Always super quick with all the work orders! I appreciate all the hard work and making it feel like a luxury apartment that it is. Thank you!I wanted to add to this review. I will be leaving middle of May and I just want to say thank you to all the staff for making living here great! Location, style of the apartment, amenities, and the people who live and work here will be missed. Thank you for making my experience at Wheaton 121 amazing to live at.

I have been living at Wheaton 121 for 7 years. The Connor group has been so great, responding to my needs, leaking faucet, light bulb out, watching my deliveries. The community room is great for rentals and amenities are great. The lobby is nice decorated for the holidays. The staff that includes Mike and Brian are so friendly and responsive to our needs. The best part is the location. You really cannot beat it, downtown Wheaton amd 0.5 miles from the Metra.I just renewed for an 8th year.worked with me to find a new unit that really fit in my budget. I cannot say enough about the support I have received from this staff. I will have surgery this year and I feel that I have a very safe environment to recover.11/3/2023I really love my courtyard unit. I’ve been at W121 for almost 8 years and this is my first courtyard unit. It feels like a community. I see balconies and people. This layout is perfect. I use every bit of space. I always feel safe and my dog loves the big balcony. The property management group is so responsive and helpful. They are really working to make feel like more of a community. I especially appreciate Jenein Sous, she is so approachable and responsive to resident needs

I love living here!! The office management is so friendly and responsive. The building is safe and secure and everyone living here is so nice and friendly. I like that I can decorate my place how I like, and the pool amenity is so fun for the warmer months!! The gym is also really nice as well. The common spaces are well kept and while the elevators are slow and break every now and then but that’s the only complaint I have. I also like the proximity to the train station in downtown Wheaton, since I commute to grad school downtown every day. Alli helped me renew my lease for my second year and she was so helpful and nice!!! I’m so happy I get to keep living here!

I moved from the City to Wheaton 121 in October. The staff (Jenein, Bianca and Alli) are exceptional and maintenance too! My apartment is spacious and the view from my balcony of the courtyard is beautiful! Downtown Wheaton has s great urban vibe with everything within walking distance (Metra, Mariano's, Tasting deVine, Zazu Salon, great restaurants, shopping boutiques and beautiful parks). Thank you Bianca!!

Alli, Bianca and Jenein are amazing!! The apartment complex and the office management have truly impressed me. The facilities and amenities provided are great; the pool and fitness center are always well-maintained. The office management team is a pleasure to work with - they are responsive, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and commitment to creating a comfortable living environment make this apartment complex a top choice.

Alli has been super helpful - I had to move super quickly at the end of August and she worked late hours to get my application approved in less than 2 days. My apartment is beautiful - its nice and spacious even tho it is a studio and I love it. The view is amazing as well. I really am loving staying here. Its a 10 minute walk to the Wheaton Metra station which is super convenient as I don't need a car - there are 3 buses that serve the area that go to Addison, Naperville, Forest Park and a Pace on demand bus. Also, there are amazing restaurants in the downtown Wheaton area - Il Sogno, GIA MIA, Kimmer's ice cream etc. This is a great building !

Wheaton 121 is a great place to live and the location in downtown Wheaton could not be more perfect. Everyone in the leasing office is great. I had my walk-through with Alli. She was so easy to work with and her enthusiasm is contagious. She knows how to efficiently gets things done and I’m so glad she is on the leasing team!

My whole experience at Wheaton 121 has been amazing! I recently relocated from out of state for work, and was looking for an apartment complex that had lots to offer. This place has it all! The pool area is resort style and has lots of friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is safe and has a lot to do! Check out the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, just across the street from the complex. The girls in the office were warm and welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make my move seamless.

I’m new to the Wheaton 121 community, and so far my experience has been great! Bianca made the move-in process SO easy and the apartment looks great. I love the amenities here, like the garage and the pool. Definitely glad I moved here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to find a perfect home!

I hate this place! Should be ashamed of calling themselves “luxury apartments”. The place is always filthy and smelly that’s all stairwells, hallways and especially the elevators. Walls are so thin I can always hear my next door, upstair and downstairs neighbors making a racket! I can’t wait to leave this nightmare!Constantly pestering their new tenants and tours to leave them a 5-star review to artificially increase their rating. Check on other sites and you’ll see how much lower of a rating they’ll get.Welcome to luxury!

I just moved in this week. Can't say enough about the staff here at Wheaton 121. They were super accommodating as my travels kept me busy at work. They helped me find the perfect apartment. Amazing location in the heart of Downtown Wheaton, great amenities and unique layout. Looking forward to take advantage of all the cool things to do at Wheaton 121 and downtown.
