We had our entire kitchen remodeled through ARA & had a great experience! Jeff assisted in choosing beautiful cabinets & countertops. The order was perfect & timing of the entire project was quick & timely. His installer was friendly, clean & polite. We highly recommend using ARA for your projects. Our bathrooms are next.

Jeff and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and are a pleasure to work with. We needed vanities for three bathrooms for a new construction project and we went home with exactly what we needed the same day. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future projects.

Years ago I did a big kitchen remodel project. I still loved it except my garbage cabinet didn't do the soft close like all of my other cabinets and drawers. I started to work with Marilyn and Jeff on getting all the job information together to see if I could get this one cabinet updated to soft close. After a few months of working with Jeff and his people and his thoroughness and fixing the factory errors (completely out of anyone's control) I have what I want and am so very happy! Jeff you are absolutely amazing and I am so grateful that you got this done!!!! Thank you so much!! ARA Cabinets 4U, Inc - HIGHLY recommended!!!

Have used ARA on three projects now and they did a great job every time. Most recently, our largest project, a kitchen remodel. From initial design, to execution, and delivery, Bill and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. Both clearly experts in their craft. i was referred here by a family friend. while i ultimately had to go another direction with my project, the service i received here was attentive and excellent. the materials offered are very nice and at reasonable prices. if my insurance claim budget had more room to work with, i would've definitely bought material from ARA. thank you Jeff!

We recently replaced/ remodeled our kitchen and chose to work with ARA after visiting a number of other operations. We felt they offered the best combination of price, quality and expertise. It was a great choice. The selection of cabinetry and counters was extensive. The designs and consultation were excellent – a great combination of decades of experience matched with total knowledge of modern trends. They generated computer drawings that helped us realize our vision and left no surprises. The installation crews were expert journeymen. The typical bumps you could expect on a large project were handled in a timely and well thought out manner. We are extremely pleased with the look of the new kitchen and thrilled with the work flow since my wife and I like to entertain and will often have “help” in the kitchen. Well done ARA.

Nasty people! The owner boxed in our car and threatened to call the police, only because my mother and I accidentally parked there, for less than ten minutes! The parking lot was empty for crying out loud! After an experience like this, I can’t imagine giving these people any business. Please put up clearer signs!

Great selection, price and quality combined. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in and bought a vanity and loved it so much we came back 48 hours to get another.

Great experience working with Jeff to update our bathroom. He listened to what we wanted, provided realistic expectations, and delivered on a great new bathroom! The contractor used was amazing and super accommodating. We love our bathroom and look forward to working with ARA again for our kitchen remodel.

We went to ARA Cabinets 4U and really liked what we saw. We scheduled an appointment with Bill R. He really seemed to listen and understand what we wanted. He said that he would put a plan together and email a concept to us in a week. A week went by and no response. In that time, we decided to tweak the plan and emailed him with what we wanted changed. He made suggestions and said "I am almost done with the design, but no problem to make some changes." More time went by and no response. I have checked spam and nothing. It has now been about 6 weeks since we went in there and no response AT ALL!! At this point I'm not gonna chase down a business to give them business. I don't understand why any business would turn down a complete kitchen remodel. I'm really glad that this company didn't work out, as we have since found a dealer in Lake Zurich who has been very responsive and has a great reputation. I will never know if ARA is reputable, but I do know that they aren't responsive. Also questioned the glowing reviews written by Bill R's son.

I would give this place a 0. We made an appointment and spoke with Bill R. He sat down and came up with some ideas. He said he would get back to us in a week. After about 10 days I followed up with him. He said that he was almost done with the plan. We never heard back from him. I’m not gonna chase him down to do business. The company should be trying to sell the customer and not the other way around.We may not have a grand size kitchen, but what company can really turn down $20k+, especially during these times. I am suspicious about this company after seeing a glowing review by his family member.
