Came in yesterday to get set up with new account and was surprised at how easy the team they have here made everything. Manager explained everything and the guy got me out the store quick. I’d recommend to everyone

Went to AT&T 10/18 to trade in phone.
Honestly we hit a few bumps in the road but the new Manager Ayman stepped in and took care of ALL the issues. All the staff at the store was very polite and very tech savvy but they could only do so much especially since the prior staff who left did not communicate billing details as clearly as they should have.
Wish it could have been resolved sooner but maybe it would have never happened if Ayman was there from the start. Conveniently located next to Starbucks. It is a very busy during key times so prepare to wait or grab a coffee and dinner first and go after.

If I could give place a negative one I would , Lied to me directly in my face about AT&T is giving me free AirPods because I’m a valuable customer, then turn around and see I’m been charged for both AirPods on my bill .The manager Antonio is a liar and scammer his employee that helped is also a liar beware coming here.Called AT&T about the situation nothing was done

It is such a rarity to find a store in the North Shore where the staff is not so exhausted and dejected from dealing with difficult often abusive customers. This store is that place. I desperately needed a new phone, and upon arriving I realized my significant other had "borrowed " my debit card earlier in the day. I was the individual that was exhausted and dejected with the notion that I had to go all the way home and get a card to spend money I can't even afford. Before I could even put my jacket on Mauricio and Antonio were able to waive a certain fee and send me out the door with a great phone that put me back on the map. They did all of this happily even as their already full store took on another half dozen customers. I would not go to any other store, and wish every business I patronized had the morale and customer service that they do. Thank you Mauricio Edwin and Antonio. You guys deserve a raise!!!

Ver disappointed, we were totally ripped off, they sold two extra lines that we don't need. They said the more we purchase the lower our monthly bill will be. WRONG! We are now paying @ $100 more per month for 2 phones we don't need. Filing a complaint with Attorney General. I would advise to stay away from this store. Deceitful and unfair.

Stay away from this store!!! They are a bunch of scammers. Specially Antonio the store manager.
They promised to reduce my bill by adding three more lines/phones but the bill came up to $5000. I went to the store and asked to get refund. Antonio promised me Personally to take care of this, but nothing happened. Very disappointed.
