Well it's colder than a witch's toe out here And my battery took a dive so after fighting frostbite And pulling that thing out.Ran over to the autozone for a new one.no problem finding it And believe me, it went back in easier than it came out. Did you know those guys to let you do Minor repairs right there in the lot, which is pretty convenient. And if you've got that old oil piling up in the garage, you can safely drop it off there knowing They're gonna do something good with it. I hate it when folks just dump it down. A sewer remember oil and water don't mix.Which means they should be kept separate at all times unless your making a salad,Just good for the environment. The guys are pretty knowledgable and always helping you out. Pretty laid back and friendly. I don't usually get that at pep, boys or some of the other places. And it's right down the block. Sense the whole auto industry talking about-face. I've been driving beaters, which means I'm in there all the time. I'm A DYI guy and hate paying Inflated prices to have somebody do what I could easily do myself and autozone is there to help so if you're in the neighborhood and you probably have one near your neighborhood Wherever that may be, autozone is a good choice.I mean, we've all got transportation. And we all need to keep it in top shape.

I drove my truck in for a new battery they changed my battery and the truck wouldn't start. They tested the new battery they put in and it checked out fine. They said electrical issues can happen at any time and that they weren't responsible. My truck needed to be towed and the problem still hasn't been found it's now been a week. One final mention the manager told me my vehicle was the 4th one that this happened to in a week. Hmm? Maybe don't work on vehicles. Thanks Auto Zone your $250 battery is going to cost me alot of miney!

Although it’s a “free” service I wasn’t aware of; I really appreciate you going out your way and finding correct tools to work with. Management please take care of this man! Acknowledgement. Don’t let his work go unnoticed :) Bless you guys, team, thanks.

I went in a replacement gas cap on my car. Nobody wanted to help. I might as well have been invisible. There are plenty of other auto parts stores in the area that I'll give my business to. Have fun yucking it up with your buddies.

I came to the store with question about product that AutoZone selling and which has been used by tire shop to repair my tire. Product called XtraSealRadial Inserts 4" Fat Brown #12-361. I asked in store to get technical specifications for that product in order to verify if it is approved to be used on light tracks tires. Person in store, who introduced to me as store manager, stated that this information is classified to regular customers because of this product intended for commercial wholesale customers only. I spend some time on web and found info for that product where stated that this product can be used only for temporary repairs as emergency when tire repair shop is not available, and created to be used for tires of lawn tractor, golf cart, ATV, and other off-road tires. So as I can see it is not approved to be used on passengers, light tracks or any other vehicles. Why then AutoZone selling it to mechanics as approved method for tire repair? It's fraud by AutoZone. Only one method is approved for tire repair is Combination Repair Units with vulcanization.
