Friendly, professional, and efficient. I have been very pleased with both of my vehicle purchases from Tasca Chevy, and more specifically, my salesman Steve. I also want to say thank you to Ricky (one of the technician's) who goes above and beyond as well.

What I appreciated the most was the transparency at the start of the inquiry. I was able to obtain the cost breakdown, with no resistance, which I was not able to get from any other dealership. It was all done via a method of communication that I was most comfortable with. Then was able to go to the dealership feeling prepared and my expectations reasonably set. The dealership was able to find me addition discounts and was patient, respectful, and made the process enjoyable. The place was nice, clean, and welcoming. I will tell everyone to shop here.

I live in Ohio and Tasca Chevrolet is in Illinois, so this presented a challenge. About 6 hours driving distance. Memo my sales rep was Awesome to work with! He sent me great videos of the Corvette that I really liked. Always very responsive and attentive to the details. He made the process very smooth. I chose to fly out to pick up the car. One of their employees picked me up at the airport, the car was in Fantastic. We completed all the paperwork. Then I drove the car home!! I strongly recommend Memo at Tasca Chevrolet!! Went to get my car serviced again after the new engine was installed, they didn’t replace the gaskets… gaskets started to leak. Picked up my car and the fender was dented. Spoke with the new service manager and the way he responded to me was very unprofessional. Had to pay $200 out of my pocket to have a paint less dent repair performed and touch up my car. Didn’t have issues or communication like this with the previous management. Sad to say after using this location for service on my 7 Chevy products in the last 10 years, I will have to look for a new service center and dealership for future purchases.

Steve is an amazing product specialist. Very professional and outgoing guy. Second car I purchased from him and will definitely come back for more!! He is not pushy and is very knowledgeable with Chevrolet/GM products. He makes the car buying process real easy.

Purchased a used 2021 BMW over 6 months ago. Originally gave a 5-star review as the process was seamless. Unfortunately, I'm adjusting due to some things coming to light later.A few weeks after purchasing the car I noticed the interior trunk switch didn't work. There was also a mild knocking when braking. Pretty minor and since I don't drive a ton, I planned to have a BMW service center inspect when I took it in for an oil change. The car was still under manufacturer warranty, so I wasn't too concerned.At the service center, BMW informed me that the car had been in a significant accident at one point. Enough that they found leftover broken glass inside the door panel. The connector for the trunk and ambient lighting had been shoved into the door panel and was corroded. The knocking noise in back was also from this accident and damaged numerous parts that were never fixed properly. At the time of this review, they were inspecting for frame damage. Regardless, this whole thing will cost around $3000, and that's if there is no frame damage.None of this appeared on the CarFax, which I understand isn't perfect. And I understand dealerships acquire cars from different sources. So I don't know if they knew this and sold it anyway or purchased from a sketchy source and didn't inspect the vehicle. Either way, they sold me a car that had been in an accident and had leftover damage without informing me.They also got me with the VIN etching fee. My fault for not being more diligent with the paperwork, but a quick Google search will tell you all you need to know about the "value" of this.I take blame on this too. I'm a car buying novice and this is an expensive lesson. My family has purchased new from them in the past, so I was too trusting. This feels like the kind of experience you'd get from a sketchy used car lot out of the movies, not a place with a showroom full of Corvettes. If you do buy used from them, I'd have the car thoroughly inspected, because they aren't going to.

Buying a used car here was much more friendly and relaxed than I expected. My salesman, Steve calmly answered questions, never pushed, and went at my pace. Price was right at market. The sale was totally straightforward. Coffee was good. Celeste somehow made financing enjoyable. They made it a good non-stressful experience.

Great dealership to do business with. No high pressure sales tactics here. I recently purchased a used corvette from Steve N. at Tasca chevrolet. He was very honest and transparent through the whole process, making sure to tell me everything he could about the car. He even told me about the very few minor flaws that this used car had. The price was very fair, and much less than any other local dealerships were selling similar cars for. They found me financing fast and got me on the road with no drama. Steve has been available for my questions after the sale, and has been very helpful in general. When the time comes for the next corvette, I will be returning to Tasca Chevrolet.

My family has been going to Vince at this dealership for over a decade now. You know when you find a car salesman who’s honest, relatable, knowledgeable, and hard-working, you don’t go to anyone else again. This time Vince really got us out of a bind. My husband totaled his Chevy Colorado pickup, and we needed a new truck right away. Vince went out of his way to help us purchase this ‘21 Ford Ranger from Taska Chevrolet in a matter of days. The whole process was seamless and it feels great knowing we have someone we can depend on and trust!The dealership has all kinds of cars, not just chevy’s or new cars. I highly recommend you see Vince Nasti for your next inquiry because he knows his stuff and he’s on your side! I hear he’s retiring soon (what will we do without him?), so get over there in the next year for sure. Oh, and he specializes in Corvettes ?, how cool is that.

Gregory was awesome. I dont know about you but usually car buying is not a fun process. He was laid back and not super aggressive which my fiancé and I greatly appreciated. He listened to our requests and made sure to listen to them and find something we really wanted. I don’t think we will need a car soon but next time we do we will for sure come back to work with Gregory at Tasca. Thanks again!

I have been going to Stasek Chevrolet for years and the new ownership of Tasca has been nothing but disappointing, from a customer's perspective. I dropped off my car the other day to get looked at and was a little concerned that the entire customer service team is new, except for 1 person. I was told that even the manager is new. The diagnostics done on my vehicle should have taken a couple of hours. 5 hours later, I had to hunt the customer service rep down and she had no information for me and there was ZERO sense of urgency. I have 2 young children that I am driving around constantly and our life is on hold while my truck is at the dealership. I was extremely unimpressed - she may be new, but that is no excuse for wasting an entire day. I will not be going back to Tasca in the future and have already found another Chevy dealership.

Just picked up our 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV from the friendly and helpful people at Tasca Chevrolet. The hardest part of this whole thing was waiting six and a half months for delivery of our custom order. Other than that, I am very pleased with my experience. Kurt and Jeff took excellent care of us and I can definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Good service. Communication from service managers was lacking but the workmanship and explanations directly from the corvette mechanics made up for it. Very knowledgeable and they took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. I would recommend to anyone. Just make sure to set expectations with service managers of when you’d like an update, and get a direct number to call so you don’t end up going to service dept voicemail when calling the main dealer number.
