Had the best experience! Sora did an amazing job on my daughter's nails! The salon is very clean and there is a great variety of colors! We will both be coming back!

Such a nice vibe inside. I think the woman who did my nails was the owner. she made genuine conversation with me and made me feel so welcome. She listened to my requests and made sure I was cared for. Such a sweet person. Best nail tech ive had in a long time! highly recommend! 💅

Absolutely THE BEST nail experience we've had. Went to Botti Nail & Spa at the last minute while visiting the area for an event. The owner worked us in and was gracious and absolutely wonderful. She stayed late helping us with a Mani/Pedi. Came out gorgeous! The owner, I wish we got her name, was amazing, kind, professional, and just soooo nice!!!! Thank you for working us on and making our experience so phenomenal. 🙏 💜 💅 ✨

Although the staff was great and salon was clean; the nail quality I most say lacked extensively! I got the Gel-x nail extensions and from Day 2 nails started to pop off. In less than 1 week time frame 3 nails fell off! One of the worst quality of nail extensions EVER!

Best nail salon in the northern suburbs. Sora is incredible. This was the best mani- pedi I've had in years. Very clean, sanitary and welcoming environment. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I recently visited this establishment, now under new management, and was extremely disappointed. While one staff member—a kind older lady—was courteous and helpful, the owner's behavior was unacceptable. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
The cleanliness of the place was also subpar. Several areas were poorly maintained, raising concerns about hygiene and overall upkeep. The environment did not meet the standards I expect from a well-maintained establishment.
This visit was, regrettably, one of the worst experiences I've had in recent memory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Update to reply: I'm not sure who you're describing below but that wasn't me. I had regular polish on my hands.

The owner and her mother were the sweetest and most personable nail techs! She even gave me a coupon for my birthday this month and did excellent on both my hands and feet.

Made appointment for 3 people at 5pm, two weeks in advance. Was called at 4:45 and asked to come at 5:30 instead. Went at 5:30, only 2 people working. It’s now 7pm and my nails are being painted because they took a new customer who said she would wait and started working on her nails before painting mine. I was also told the polish I picked (not gel) was $5 extra. That’s insane markup on a $14 bottle of OPI nail polish.
People are friendly and place is clean but if I make an appointment it would be better if they honored and had the staff to work there.
They have pedicures starting at $35 up to $99. And manicures at $18 up to $65.
I’m bummed. I used to like this place. They recently reopened and no longer sure it’s the place for me.

Under new management and Sora is amazing, I would highly recommend. She has a lot of different techniques and is detail oriented. Sora is professional and checks in with you. The location also got a makeover and it looks a lot brighter and fresh!

I am very happy with my nails! I got my nails done by the new owner. She was very sweet and kind. She kept asking me if I liked my nails throughout the process which was extremely helpful. I loved the massage provided. The salon was visually beautiful I loved the chandeliers. Most importantly my French nails have never looked this good before. I especially love the shiny thing she put on its perfect for my New Year’s party, can’t wait to show them off :) will be coming back.
