Best customer service and diagnostics from any mechanic I have ever been to. I brought my car in to have something checked out. They diagnosed it quickly and accurately. They went above and beyond--gave me a ride home even though it was nowhere near their location, took my car for a test drive to see how it handles on the road in addition to examining it at the shop (most places don't bother to do this). After all this, they told me honestly that they see the failing part looks brand new (it was in fact something I recently had replaced at a different shop) and that it should be under warranty and I should take it to the shop that installed it. Even though I ended up getting no repairs at CarX, they didn't charge me a penny for any of the work they did.

Had an excellent experience there today. Slow leak in one tire, but had grandkids in car and had to be at work 40 miles away in 2 1/2 hours. They got me in and out VERY quickly, very professional as well. I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived in the Wheeling area. Thanks guys!!!

So far I've had excellent care at this Carx, they explain everything and I get text messages where I can see the report and see pics of my car, mostly I love how they offer take home and pick up service...thanks for your service

Don’t Go To This Shop They Put Rims On My Truck And Forgot To Tighten Front Passenger. Fist Time On The Expressway The Tire Flew Off And Rolled A Quarter Mile Sparks Flew Everywhere And My Truck Fishtailed A Tenth Of A Mile!!! Everyone Says Someone Was Watching Out For Us! the rim Rolled Into Construction Sight On 294 Where It Finally Stopped. My Parents And My Fiancés Cousin All Passed Away Last Year In Traffic One A Stalled Vehicle And The Other A Semi That Lost Control! I Stayed With The Truck 4 Hours Waiting On A Tow To Make Sure No One Hit It. The Mental Distress From This Experience Will Remain The Truck Was Fixed Enough To Drive, But I Gotta Tell You It’s Extremely Nerve Wrecking Thinking What If Now!!!!

Is this what really happened Nik? I think you were upset because you couldn’t be taken care of IMMEDIATELY like every other entitled human being. Now you wanna drop a bad review for a manager that tried to help and it wasn’t quick enough! This is why I read these ridiculous reviews because you weren’t “Babied”! I trust this shop! Do you even for a moment realize what your weak, destructive words do to a honest business trying their best to do the right thing for very appreciated loyal customers! Two words! GROW UP!

I asked if I can get the tire patched. Instead of the answer he proceeded to collect all of my information. When asked again, still continued to type all info and at the end said give me the key and wait one hour. Still no price. I turned around and left. Don’t waste your time.

Went in to have two headlight bulbs replaced after the dealership gave me a ridiculous crazy quote to do it.Jose took me in right away and took care of it in 15 minutes. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Great service every time I go there !

I ended up here after poor experience at my dealer with new tires. With only 3k miles on brand new tires, they were bald. The dealer told me it was due to alignment and tried to have me eat the cost, we got that taken care of but I just didn't believe due to the wear that the alignment was the issue. This is where Jose and the team came into action. I brought the car in, explaining my situation and they walked me through everything, showing all the areas that the dealership just blatantly ignored.They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave me time to make a decision with what I wanted to do. I didn't feel pressured or forced into making a decision. After we decided to move forward, the team got to work and I was able to have my car back that afternoon.Great customer service and quality is what just made me a new customer for my car service needs!
