Have a little over 23 dollars in Casey's cash, ask person taking my pizza order if I can use my Casey's cash, she said use it when I pay at counter. Wouldn't let me use It! Then tryed to get free Item for 24 days of Christmas, could not get it for free like advertised!
Wouldn't ever go back to this Casey's AGAIN!

If I could give zero stars—or even negative stars—I would! The manager I dealt with, Christian, is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She has absolutely no customer service skills, no management ability, and no respect for people. The way she spoke and handled the situation was beyond unacceptable.
This store scams lottery customers by selling tickets that have already been drawn. On Sunday 9/14 at 2:14 pm I bought lottery tickets quick pay one of each game and when I checked my tickets later on I found out that one of them which was the lucky day lotto ticket that I bought at 2:14pm, it was a mid day ticket and the sold time was printed on the ticket as 12:09pm. So they have sold me at 2:14pm a ticket that been already printed at 12:09 and drawn at 12:40 pm. Imagine the frustration to find out you’ve been cheated! The entire experience was not just disappointing, but deeply dissatisfying and infuriating because of the manger not being respectful or admitting the mistake(if it was a mistake) on the other hand she was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me explain the situation in the phone on the same day and she hang up on my while I was talking and she did the same this morning.
Shame on her as a person and shame on the business for having such “managers”
No customer deserves to be treated this way or taken advantage of.

I was having doubts about gas here, everything 4-5 days I drive 200 miles in my car same travels and distance, driving stile etc. And doing math and having a record of how much gas I spend here and comparing with Sams Club in Addison I realize this service station is inaccurate with the quantity of gallons that I use, bieng a difference of 0.7 to 0.8 gallons every 200 miles. And if this happens to me, it probably happens to all the clients of this stablishment, so I will never again stop here. May not be that much money, but the point is you have to be honest. Same problem with a service station that is 1/4 mile away.

You still cant beat this Casey's and its convenient for me since I live almost just across the street. Sure its a little crowded at times, maybe a bit hard to turn in from Lake Cook Rd, and you have to often be patient, but that aside, they are friendly, helpful, gas prices are pretty good, and the basic $8 wash is still very reasonable in the day of other expensive car washes.

I go to Casey's all the time and the entire staff is very friendly, but I want to particulary shout out Rich for his above and beyond positive attitude and KINDNESS. I had a bizarre issue and he went above and beyond to walk me through solving it. It wasn't that he just helped me, I see him treat everyone so kindly and patient (coworkers included). Rich is awesome! Also want to shout out another young lady who works during the day and shes super chill and friendly and an asian man in the evening who I only see once in awhile but is so nice too. You all rock!

Terrible customer service. When I tried to fill up my car with gas, I spent 10 minutes going through the process, only to find out that no gas was being pumped. When I went inside to ask for an explanation, they just pointed to a piece of paper taped to the entrance, stating that they were out of regular gas.
When I asked why they didn’t put that notice directly on the pump, a African American guy who introduced himself as Artesian pushed me out the door. This is absolutely outrageous. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they treated me like this.
I hope the manager takes action against this guy before I take legal action against them.

Every time I come here there’s no premade food. Every other Casey’s makes their food every 2h, my husband worked at some locations. This place never makes it, you have to ask for it to be made. Is this not a convenience store? It’s not convenient to wait 10-15 minutes for popcorn chicken, when I could just go to McDonald’s across the street for less time.

My husband and I were on our way to meet a friend for dinner when we realized that we needed gas. Casey's was convenient and had a good price. We were able to get in and out quickly. I recommend Casey's for convenience and a good price.

This place is absolute garbage. I went to claim a few tickets. Had a few winners. The service was horrendous. It’s evident some convenient stores just hire bodies to push buttons. No customer service, no understanding of receipt or a process. I Will make it a point to not visit this location again.
