impossible to get in touch with. they consistently neglect the phone. I have tried them literally thirteen times in a row and no answer. then when I drive to the location just to get some help, it’s dead inside. they’re not even busy. what was the hold up on the phones then? I didn’t even have to wait to talk to someone there was no customers inside like at all. and then they tell me to come back in thirty minutes because the person I need JUST went on lunch break. like that’s the whole reason I called, so I can make an appointment and not have to wait thirty minutes and waste my time or go back another day. like it’s crazy. THIRTEEN PHONE CALLS IN A ROW and no answer. I go in and it’s not even busy at all. maybe I should work there, it must be nice to get paid for doing the absolute bare minimum and slacking all day ❤️ it’s really no wonder they have 2 stars on yelp

This branch is such a waste of time and space. The tellers are absolutely the most disrespectful unhelpful people.

This is my second review of Chase Bank today. In my other review, I mentioned we did not go to see a teller. We needed some papers notarized. At the other branch, we waited almost an hour before anyone acknowledged us, only to say there were no appointments. When we arrived here, the bank was mainly empty. We took a seat and waited less than 10 minutes before someone approached us. She said they were short-staffed for the day and had no notaries. While it was disappointing to know a bank had no one working there that was a notary, at least we didn't wait too long. The banker who talked to us was very nice and apologetic that they couldn't help. She suggested a specific branch, but we needed more time. My new plan is to make an appointment at my bank next Saturday. At least I'm confident they have notaries on staff.

Lady from drive-thru was very rude and strict, refused to help me with my question, but I went to another branch and they did it without any problems

I've had the worst experience at this Chase. What I've noticed is that employees at this branch prioritize certain clients over others. My observation is based on my own experience and the record of reviews left by other clients. At this branch, one employee claimed to be the manager. Her name is Barb. I noticed in our conversation, she was combative and disrespectful. I could not believe that a manager would behave this way. So, after my recent visit, I called the branch. For thirty minutes, my call went unanswered. When I finally got to a representative, it happened to be Barb. She never allayed my concerns with my visit to the branch, never promised to do better, never acknowledged how her behavior was not only rude but also inhumane. She hung up on me, promising a manager would call. She didn't record my information; she just wanted me out of her hair. When I did finally get through to the manager, he was nicer and responded in a way that seemed to acknowledge the inappropriateness of her behavior. However, I am concerned that Chase does not value their clients enough. If you have heard from other clients about her, why would you not offer training or some remediation? At this branch, they simply do not care.

This bank needs to reevaluate who they choose to be the face of the company. There were only two employees with redeeming qualities at this location and as of recently, they are both gone. Meanwhile, they kept around a racist, rude assistant manager and an absentee manager. Horrible customer service, seems like the only thing they know how to say is "no." Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location.

Came in at 1:32 to open a checking account. Teller was very pleasant. Told us that it takes about 40 minutes and that they close at 2pm. Guess a new customer is not worth extra 10 minutes to stay behind and open an account for. Oh well..

I met with Mikhail Litvinenko today to perform a wire transfer and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help make sure the wire was successful. I really appreciate his help for the wire, thank you so much! Great branch.

Long waits with little to no explanation - in office “bankers” appear to understaffed

One of the female workers here is extremely racist. She's a white woman in her 60s with short blond hair. (The worst part is that she's not even American; she has a crazy accent.) She works as a cashier. Every time I want to withdraw money, she gives me a nasty look, and she will always have an excuse for why she can't give me the amount that I want to take out. Do not go to this place if you are not white. You should go to the one in Northbrook, which is also on Dundee Road. Great people, great customer service. I really feel bad for this woman. She probably has a miserable life, and that's why she's so racist and hateful. ( Her name is Barbara) ( She claims to be the managers assistance)

Total waste of time, you can get whatever bank can offer, online too. Also their system wasn’t working so we went through the application three times and ended up hearing an apology from the banker because of their system not working. Lastly Chase is not offering any good benefit for opening new account at this point. So probably other banks are better choices now.Oh by the way, Chase ask weird questions such as your exact income and your rent for just opening a simple bank account. This is not the case for many other banks. I felt bad when I had to answer the banker my personal financial information.
