I went in to have a drug test. The locations serves many different services and a drug teat is simpler than many and takes 20 minutes to actually execute. I was in the facility for 65 minutes due to waiting in-line to check in, waiting for the technician to start. Once these two wait times were past, it was 20 minutes...
