Long time customer. Highly recommend this place. At the end plenty of choices in the area so it comes down to people, management etc. who run the place. Andy, the manager is in charge here and he takes good care of the place and his customers. Safe, secure, never had any issues. Five starts well deserved.

I had a $2,000 pottery barn couch in my unit. I kept my unit closed, clean and completely free of food. When I sold my couch I discovered that the wall of my storage unit was chewed through by mice. They had pooped all over the couch and destroyed a cushion.The management of cubesmart refused to fix the wall or clean up the unit next to me. They charged me for putting the couch their facility had destroyed in their dumpster.This place is a literal dump.
