I have multiple large units in one of their facility. The staff is extremely professional and try to accommodate all our requests. Their customer service is excellent
Climate controlled units are the best. Their non climate controlled units have many problems. Starting with only flimsy drywall partitions between units on metal frame with no plywood or any board to support it. There are holes in the walls and you can see the contents of your neighbors unit.. Your next door neighbor can also gain access to your unit easily. The partition should be cinder blocks to maintain security. Some of the units have missing light bulbs. The ceiling is too high to reach without a tall ladder. The main gate has been broken for months and kept open 24x7. Finally, the dumpster is overflowing and not emptied since I became tenant

Save lots of money and rent at Lockup. They have way cheaper prices, clean units, free moving truck, free lock and way better costumer service.

Care for the facility declined significantly. There was rarely management on site to discuss the issues. And when there was, they didn't seem to care. AND, they DOUBLED the price over the last year / 18 months. I finally had enough. I found a better place and a better price. I felt that my stuff was safe. I give them credit for that. But the care for the facility at twice the price was too much for me. I will share this experience with everyone I talk to.

Worst storage ever, thank goodness I am moving out. My whole unit was covered in mouse droppings. This was not the case 4 months ago but now it's bad and I am not the only one that has this problem. There was a lady across the way from my unit that had the same problem. The way this place is laid out all units a subject to this problem. Not to mention the complete mess the grounds our in. Not worth the money!!!!!!! Update: Moved out on Sunday Oct 1st and had paid for the whole month of Oct., at move out nothing was said about refunding any money and still have not received any communication about the move out. Also the unit was cleaner when I moved out then when I moved in(I took pictures).
