I had previously given five stars, but I had not been attended by the owner, I ask something about a type of nails and she super rude and I told her that I was charging for removing an acrylic as if it were a full service, she turned her back on me and left, she is apparently nice but if you do not stay she is unprofessional. I prefer to go to a new place in Buffalo Grove called Firts Nais, this beautiful, new, clean and excellent service. super reasonable price of 30 dollars less compared to Daisy Nails!!

I've been coming to this nail salon for the past few years and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive! They always manage to fit me in and do an amazing job. Thanks to them, I've been able to grow my nails and they always take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The customer service is exceptional and they always make me feel welcome. All the women here are amazing!! I highly recommend this place 100%! Here is a before and after on my nails and how long and healthy they have gotten thanks to Deisy nails !

Unfortunately, my visit was a disappointing experience. My nails were left soaking in acetone for far too long, causing significant damage to my nail plates and burning my fingertips. I had to request the removal of the foils myself. It's also worth noting that the salon doesn't offer nail extensions, leaving me with one fingernail noticeably shorter than the others. I was also charged $25 for only a clear coat, since I didn't want to go through with the no chip manicure at that point, which I found quite expensive considering the circumstances.

I decided last minute to take my 4 year old for her first manicure. They treated her very nicely, and my daughter loves her red nails. I got a no chip manicure and have no complaints. It was very reasonably priced: $15 for her, and $35 for me.
My daughter told me she would like a pedicure but they don't have any child sized seats for pedicures. I'll take her somewhere else for that, but I would come back for a manicure.

You hang up on a deaf person when they are using video relay services. This is unprofessional and I hope people with disabilities do not use your place of business. I'm not spending my money over to you since you hang up on my call three times!!!

I really appreciated the amount of detail my nail technician put into my nails. They came out perfectly! Also very reasonably priced.

While the staff was really nice, the dip nails were not good. I've never had dip nails break on me before this. They broke for me and for my daughter. I won't be going back. Several nails broke for each of us and we were NOT rough on them. The product or process was not good.

This was by far the worse experience ever. First, when I set down to get a pedicure they wouldn’t stop staring at my tattoos and talking to themself on they language. Their were laughing at us, that made me feel very uncomfortable. To the point… she cut me twice because she was paying attention to my tattoos instead of my feet. My cuts burn so bad I couldn’t go to work today. I was having trouble walking with and without shoes on.
I went to this place to treat myself and feel better and came out humiliated and hurt.
I would NOT recommend this place.
