If I could give a zero, I would. This specific Dollar Tree location is unorganized, smells, and has horrible staff. I went in today for something I needed, and was thirsty and decided to grab a drink. I got a Mountain Dew Baja Blast. As I drink halfway through the bottle, I notice the CLEARLY stated expiration date….9/22/25. Today is 9/25/25. This is absurd, and completely irresponsible. This store needs better, more on task employees who wont try to poison their customers. I will be calling corporate if this happens again. Truly disgusting behavior.

My friend and I went into this dollar tree with the intent of purchasing something , my friend asked to use their restroom and they said it was only for customers, I then said that she was with us and we were purchasing some items. she then said “you better not be lying or i’ll get really mad” “and i do get mad” “i remember a face” and continued saying more as we walked to the aisle. Customer or not you should NEVER talk to someone with that attitude. We ended up purchasing our items and left . Manager was present during all of this and allowed the worker to give us an attitude.

I have been using these stores for a while for different needs. Last week I went to pick up liquid soap along with some other things. I spotted One of the women that works there and ask her to help me locate aisle where I can find liquid soap. At first, she pointed out to Ireland and they thank her and then she left whatever she was doing and when they had me to show me exactly what it was, which was very nice. As we approached the shelves, she said oh here it is and she showed me very small bottle and I asked her do they have any other size bottles and she said what are you expect for $1.25? Then she followed up to tell me all you need to do is bend your knee and look all the way at the last shelf by the floor with a question like you could you could bend your knee can’t you? I can’t be doing this all day long 24 seven I don’t get paid enough. And at first I told her thank you and the second I said, why are you talking to me that way because she said you started it first continue on she was very rude. I told her I’m gonna have to report her to the management and said she doesn’t care so when I was approaching register, I asked for the manager and she came up and I said wow she is a Manager? Do you have anybody else I can talk to?
To make long story short, another manager came up I had explained to her how old she has been and all the other stuff that went on between her and myself she gave me phone number to call corporate, which I did their message it says they will get back to me and that it’s been now over a week and nobody got back to me. Just telling you if you wanna get abused that’s the place to go while you’re spending your money never again that’s horrible customer service.

Cindy went above and beyond to help me with some balloons for my son's birthday. Honestly, I haven't received such great treatment from a store/service such as hers, and it was a pleasant surprise. She should be working at like a 5 star resort or something. She would be such an asset to any customer service team.
