i still have 6 car wash coupons I paid for. They no longer honor them in spite of no expiration date. I am not happy that I lost all that money.

Decent station stuck in between old school and new. Still has a small service repair bay and the car wash works well.

No lottery sold here,convenience store very small,station doesn't have air pump for customers with flat tire. (Had to drive to another gas station to fill up air in the tire) car wash after renovation is low quality wash,weak dryers leave spots on car,compared to previous car wash here that was touchless and pretty decent, this one is no good and higher price than the previous wash.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been too. Two employees “washing” cars with brooms!!! They hit my mirrors multiple times and scratched the paint. Never going back!

This is not Touchless. They use the same brush to clean every car that comes through. And then they use towels to dry. Touchless would be if they had the machine spraying and drying was done by a blowing. That was my one and only experience here. Guy spraying the water is very incompetent and has very ambiguous hand gestures and you don't know when he's telling you to stop. Meanwhile, my car goes through the wash and no water ever sprays on it. They talk to me like I'm stupid and never been through conveyor car wash before...I go through one every week. It was evident that their machine had malfunctioned yet they let out on a customer. I got my refund and went to the Arlington Car Wash in Arlington Heights, where it is actually touchless and they know how to treat customers. All far less money as well. Glad this was my one and only experience here and they never got a dime out of me.
