The service was exceptional. When they got the notificaton from State Farm they called me to begin the process. From picking up the car to returning the car I knew I picked the right locaton. John walked me through the set upp and I was glad he was there when I returned the car. I will go back to the Wheeling office the next time I need to rent a car. We be recommending them to others.

It's the little things...reserved a car for work...so cost isn't my concern. Picked up car and it's dirty, half full of gas and damaged. Not a big deal, but never have those issues with hertz or avis and they often upgrade my car..But what really ticked me off is the guy told me to return it half full of gas. I apparently picked it up with 7.7 gallons and returned it with 6.8 it's a 10 gallon tank). And they charged me. If you are gonna charge me for gas, then make sure it's full so I know where to fill it up.I don't even have to pay for the gas but I get ticked when I feel taken advantage of. Never again enterprise. Avis and Hertz don't do this. I'll go there instead.

0 stars if possible. If you get the car rented through a corporate account (they take care of all the rent price and tolls associated with the vehicle), DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL CARD FOR THE DEPOSIT!!!!!!! They have been taking payment from both the corporate account (bill notifications that I received from enterprise after returning the car and forwarding along the information to corporate for payment) and my personal account for the same bills!!!! I have also stated more than once to them that these needed to be sent to corporate (when I first took the car, returned it, and called the line on the bill - spoke with Daniel). I have also been double charged on 2 of the bills and they said they had no record of the reference number (that was with Daniel as well)

I do not recommend coming into this enterprise Sebastian Torres gave me my Rea tal and we did a walk around the car before I left and I POINTED out a some damaged not him and I even made sure to tell him so later they do t try to blame and he said ok I got it then week later I return my the rental cuz my car was ready to b picked up I dropped if the next day I get phone call from Sebastian that I had damaged on the rental so I tell him send me picture so he does then I tell him oh yeah it's the damage I pointed out that day he's like I don't recall I was like well when we did the walk around I pointed it out not him imagen how many they have floten screwed over like this he claimed it was my fault til I told him check the cameras witch he did he calls me back saying sorry you were right and I was wrong if I didn't do what I did I would been screwed over from Sebastian please guys keep your eyes open wouldn't wish this on any one

Sébastien the front desk clerk was outstanding! Everything was so smooth. I was not happy a person hit my car and I had to rent one but Sébastien made the whole process very seedless. Could not have been happier. Thanks again with the whole process!!

Phenomenal staff. Very friendly, very fast and efficient. Due to their stock of cars at that time, I got to free upgrade. The car was great and very clean as well. I've been using Enterprise for decades, and every time I try a competitor, I get an inferior experience.

Excellent service at two Enterprise locations: Wheeling, IL and LaGuardia Airport, NYC. Efficient. Pleasant staff. Seamless. Both deserve high praise and this is just that.

I got a small SUV but expected to get a similar car as what I have currently (Mazda CX5), I had multiple follow-ups but never get good response, I got this rental car from insurance, so expected this kind of service, but they asked me to pay more from my pocket to get SUV car
