This facility and its driver Luis continuously delayed my shipment. I finally had to pick it up myself.

Spoke to fed ex person on the phone and told me I could pickup this week just make sure they’re open, so I drove 45 minutes to pickup and they shipped it back to seller the day before!!! You have no idea how mad I am right now. Terrible!!!
