I would give zero stars if I could. The driver that services the Schaumburg area, Jorge, is constantly throwing our packages around.
I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 last week and he threw it at our front door. A $500 console just lobbed like it was nothing. Not to mention the huge hazard sticker on the side saying it has a battery and is fragile?
Today, he ironically delivered the protective case for my Switch and also tossed that package as well. I’m beyond tired of getting packages through FedEx. Our UPS guy doesn’t pull this kind of crap.
At the end of the day, would you want your package delivered like that??

There’s this One Guy named Ken & he has a Really Bad Breath when he talked to me! His Name is not Ken, His Real Name is Deke Shaw From Agents of Shield! He traveled through a different Timeline & he shrank 4 Inches Down (5’5) & looks like Alice Cooper! He Always Screams & Yells Like Goddamnit & YEEEAHHH!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

This comonay and the customer service is horrible. I was trying to figure out when my package would get delivered again becasue I got so much conflicting information from so many people. They told me to call sender so I can pick up package and I did twice. Fedex kept saying that I still can't pick up package because of package restrictions. So I can't get my package and they won't deliver it again. Worst experience ever. Then I get an email saying it was going to be delivered again but oh wait that's an automatic email and was a mistake. So my package isn't able to be picked up and they aren't going to deliver it again. No one was helpful and the sender said that I should be able to pick up but still can't. I don't understand

Stop leaving door tags on my mailbox for packages that require a direct signature. There is no excuse when I am home all day. p.s. Where is my package?

I work as a package handler and it is an amazing place to work. Our boss Pat is such an amazing person and Tony is such a great hiy. I would most definitely recommend.

Don’t bother working here, the new ones get the harder work while seniority stands around. Really favoritism, and everybody breaking rules from management to HR. Even their drivers complain because they never leave to deliver on-time. Amazon beats this hands down

Delivered an empty delivery box. Someone within the facility stole my $1200 phone. Other reviewers have had similar experiences. Criminals.

Late delivery !!! Just rescheduled from Friday to Monday with no consequences. Like nothing happened!
On top of it! How can you cannot contact the driver 🤯🤯🤯 so my package is out for delivery, but here is no way of contacting the driver.
I own my trucking company, if customer would ask us to track the delivery and drivers info was not provided they can simply file a claim for the whole truck load. These guys on the other hand, have no idea who is the driver 🤯🤯🤯 unheard of.

How is it possible that this place still exists? A few weeks ago a driver from this facility tried to steal a package with a phone and today they stole my package with headphones. I got an email that the package was delivered but when I checked the footage from the cameras it turned out that there was no FedEx driver. No one called me, the package was signed by someone I don't know at all. No one from this facility answers the phone. A bunch of idiots and thieves. Avoid this place!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was called by a FedEx lady asking me to pick up my package after 4pm as I requested the time. As I arrive to customer pickup, the guard gets smart with me and tell him I am simply here to retrieve my order; the other security guard was asleep. He then phones in to FedEx and then tells me the delivery driver is not bad yet to come back before 8pm. I show up at 7:07pm and then he tells me she’s not back yet but I can assure you she will be back for sure and we will make an exception even if it’s after 8pm. I show up at 8:40pm and still no package nor call. They had us waiting for almost 30 minutes until we eventually left from utter disappointment. As I am writing this review is is 6am 08/17/2024. FEDEEX WHAT IS YOUR ISSUE?!!

Very sad experience with a delivery. Over 2 days late. Provided gps tracking for the delivery vehicle only to watch it do circles around me as the expected delivery time gets pushed further and further back. Can’t get a hold of a representative, only their robot. Once I did it was an immediate hang up. Dissatisfied and disappointing excuse for a mail carrier. Not the first time this has happened. Avoid using fed ex at any cost.

I have been waiting for a delivery for 3 days. I got meesages of failed delivery attempts, despite i was home. Today I got a message that my package has been delivered. It wasn’t. Proof of delivery is not my signature. Customer support is not helping at all.

I was referred to that location to drop off a return . As I arrived I so nothing but a very rude security guard with the metal detector in his hands . The guy appeared to be very helpless .As I was explained at Buffalo Grove Il location my return box contained dangerous substance ( a bottle of perfume literally ) . I was directed to drive to the Wheeling station where I was told to leave because they usually do not do services like return and unable to provide me with the proof of return and a tracking number …People , what’s going on with you ?I drove back to Buffalo Grove location , had another conversation with the girl who sent me over to the Wheeling station. Had to contact a company where I oredered the perfume .No results …FedEx , go to HellCalled FedEx customer service . The agent tried to send me to a wrong location just to get me off the phone .Made decision to file a dispute with my credit card !Goodness! Feeling helpless and miserable
