Worst hair salon EVER. Terrible for kids too. I’d rather bald my kid than get a haircut at this place. They need to get rid of all the old ppl and hire young functional people. 0/10. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

There are great haircutters there but unfortunately it's a hit or miss. Ussually miss. Especially with Yelena, disrespectful, spray water on all of your face, not hygienic at all, treats you as a part of her work equipment. Another one is Jeanette, covers you with cover picked up from the floor. Doesn't care what you expect you to do, she just listened to Yelena, asks you if it's OK, I said yes (didn't want more disaster on my head) and she just started trim you from the beginning. Totally disrespectful and disgusting service. Especially when they talk between each other how to cut you instead of listening the customer.
Great haircutters there but should be a rate option for each so you won't end up with not blended line on one side of your head.

I have been going to Great Clips for years and I'm always happy with my haircut. They do a great job and the stylists are skilled and friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. They have senior pricing. I recommend Great Clips.

Ellie is hands down the most consistent and skilled stylist my son and I have had. We've been coming to her for months now, and every single time she delivers a clean, professional cut that we’re both really happy with. She listens to what we want, gets it right every time, and is always friendly and welcoming. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows. Stylist: The manager Michael is awesome! He went above and beyond for me a couple of days ago. I requested a wash after my haircut, not knowing shampooing would cost extra. Because I mistakenly didn’t know, he didn’t charge me the extra $6 that the shampooing costed! I was only expecting to get a rinse and only a rinse. He deserved a good tip after what he did for me. Honesty is key. He is a great man!

Worst experience ever, very rude and bad haircut. We went on 6 August 2024 for my 14yo son haircut. A man attended to him, asking rudely what cut number you need, very rude as if my son need to know the number. I overheard and went forward and asked what do you mean, we were never told or asked such questions before. He could have explained a little bit but just repeating the question. I have to asked do you mean the number determine the shortness? Then he said yes. He should not expect everyone know instead he should advise us. Then i look at his hair and said like yours, he said number 2 and started cutting aggressively. I would said he is very rude and unprofessional!! And bad haircut result. Will not going back to any Great Clips anymore to risk having this kind of treatment.

I took my toddler for a haircut. Very bad experiences from male haircut person. Was really rough with my kid. Didn’t know the hairstyles I mentioned. Very rude behavior. I had to remind him that my daughter is only 4 years old. Waited for long time, even though I checked in online. After my daughter, I was waiting to get a haircut. I asked for a female person to cut and waited. But when female was available, they took someone else. No communication whatsoever. Never going back to this place again.

Horrible customer service and cutting skills. Came in 7/26/24 and asked to get a haircut and have my hair blown out afterwards. Stylist kept insisting I needed a shampoo at the salon even though I came in with freshly washed hair. (Not good to wash your hair multiple times a day) After I refused, she started to comb and cut my hair with aggression. I ended up only getting a cut because of how rude she was. Once I got home and styled my hair I realized that not only did she cut my hair way shorter than the reference photo but it’s completely uneven. I was told it would look like a “V” shape in the back but it’s clearly slanted and my hair is longer on one side than the other. Here I have attached the photos of the reference and photos of how I was left. @greatclips please work on your basic people skills and communication. Can’t be bad at cutting hair AND rude!! Thanks:)

Beware of coming to this Greatclips, even after adding to waitlist on App and reaching to store with enough time in hand prior closing, the lady didn't took us in for the haircut and 15 mins drive to this store was a waste. They just wanted to go home early and cleaned up so just going with their choice, no professionalism.
Please choose other stores to save your time.

I had a haircut at the Wheeling location a week ago, and after asking for a face frame (something I ask for every time no matter what location) the woman gave me a shag haircut. I couldn’t stop her because I had no idea she was doing it since she made me take my glasses off and I couldn’t see it at all. Not only was it not what I wanted, it was very splotchy and uneven. Do not go to this location
