“This was the best experience working with Mike. I had a few designer pieces and wanted to get more value for them besides weight. I was pleasantly surprised at his quote. I also sent scrap items. It was very nice working with someone that actually does what they say. I was sent a lable for 2 day shipping. Once received I was given the quote and paid same day. I live out of state and did a little research on who has a market for what I was selling. This worked so well for me. Takes away going shop to shop to see what local jewlers will offer you. I will continue to work with Mike from here on out. I highly encourage anyone that is a little nervous about shipping items, to try it. I texted Mike to let him know when it shipped and that I saw it had been delivered. He responds and gave a time that he would let me know about each item. Again, went so much better than expected. “Walked in after years of passing by and was greeted with some very kind people. Unfortunately they were not interested in the item I was trying to sell(no big deal at all) but I didn’t walkout emptied handed because they gave me a iPhone charger and block for free, which they didn’t have to do at all. I was also offered a pop. I highly recommend this place just based off the friendly staff and how I was helped the second I walked in the door. Keep up the good work!”

“Arlington Jewelry & Pawn is awesome. I had some jewelry and misc. gold I wanted to sell. The first place I stopped at offered me $400. I took out three items that I thought I might be able to get more for somewhere else and they gave me $200. I then went to a jeweler who gave me $300 for one of the three items. Luckily I was able to go back to the initial shop and get my gold back for $200. Today, I went to Arlington Jewelry & Pawn and they gave me $460. $260 more!! They are definitely honest and fair and I highly recommend them.”

“Incredible work and friendly, helpful ladies! I called two days before my wedding and they helped me make an appointment for two days after. I brought them SO many flowers and they were able to make so many beautiful items from them. So many options for gifts and keepsakes. The result was absolutely gorgeous. “Dependable and reliable family-owned business. I came here because I needed some jewelry repaired. I used to go to a kiosk at the mall but they shut down. My friend recommended this store and they did a nice job on my gold necklace that needed soldering. I recently brought a ring that had lost a diamond. They called me with a quote for replacement that I thought was very reasonable. They also checked the prongs and cleaned the ring. I'm very pleased because my ring had been shut away in a drawer because it needed to be repaired and now I can wear it again.This store gets very busy and the parking lot is always very crowded. Be prepared to wait. Also, some of the work is done downtown in Chicago so it can take a few weeks to receive your items. Hey, if this jewelry has been tucked away because it's broken, what's a few more weeks?I'll be back because I have several more items in need of repair.”

“Went in to see about placing an order for a necklace with a custom coin pendant. Irv was super friendly and communicative throughout the consultation. I'd had a specific chain in mind, but based on my interest in something dainty yet sturdy, he recommended a different chain that would suit me better. Two weeks later the necklace was ready, just like he said it would, and it's beautiful--the coin pendant was high-quality and had all the details I'd requested, and the chain he recommended was perfect. When I found the bail wouldn't allow the pendant to slip off (I wanted the option to put the pendant on another chain), I went back and Irv made quick work of adjusting the bail at no extra charge. Very pleased with the service I received.”
