This Liquor barn is just one big aisle. It makes this store feel small, any way LB is a great place to get premium liquor. Its not like a binny's they have the good stuff locked up.

Overpriced goods and abysmal customer service. They sent me the wrong item, then asked me to send them back the item they incorrectly sent to me BEFORE sending me the correct item I already paid for. First and LAST experience. Stay away from their online ordering and customer service.

Sometimes there's a good promotions, and Liquer Barn always have good choices of different liquers.
Unfortunately, no more Black Botle scotch.

Went today just to check to see if the new Penelope was there after asking the manager he was very ignorant and I understand he may be frustrated with customers coming in and only asking for allocated but I have given them my business before. I was actually going to buy another bottle but after his comment I put it down and walked out.

Went here to inquire about my special order and was provided the correct instructions to complete the transaction. The store manager, Thomas, is extremely helpful and very customer focused. They have a large selection of liquors and specialty products as well. I will definitely purchase my liquors here given my great experience.

I’ve been to this store many times and they are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I purchased a bottle on Uber and there was a discrepancy with the order. Hoping to correct the issue I went to the location and I’ll admitted was not very friendly.
The manager took the time to explain how to correct the issue. He was very patient with me and really took the time to be sympathetic and understanding.
5 stars for his professionalism and explanation.

Having just placed an online order, we headed to Liquor Barn in Wheeling, IL for a quick order pick-up. We hadn’t factored in meeting Store Manager Chris Cunningham. He was so engaging and knowledgeable about the spirits we enjoy, sharing his experiences with the distilleries of each bottle. After chatting with Chris, we ended up adding more bottles and a case of beer to our order! We would highly recommend Liquor Barn in Wheeling, IL for a positive shopping experience.

Wide, organized selection of import, export and local beers and spirits - was able to find a difficult brand of German import for my brother's birthday celebration, was special because he had lived overseas and enjoys some of the well crafted lagers and ales from Europe. Staff is very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all! Recommend 🧑🏼🎤

The Liquor Barn is truly a gem for wine enthusiasts! They have an impressive selection of wines, including some incredible varieties from Eastern Europe, like Moldova and Georgia—regions known for their rich winemaking traditions. It's such a treat to find these unique and high-quality options all in one place.
A special shoutout to Marcel, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. I had a somewhat complicated request involving shipping wine to clients, and Marcel went above and beyond to assist me. His expertise and dedication ensured everything was handled smoothly and in compliance with all regulations.
If you're looking for a store with a fantastic selection and top-notch customer service, The Liquor Barn is the place to go. Highly recommend!
