This place works fast, clean and efficient. Mike had great customer service and communication with me at all times. Their price was fair and very competitive for the Wheeling area. I recommend this Maaco location to anyone. Thank you Mike for such an amazing job!

Terrible experience!
1. After the paint job, there were still a few small bubbles left.
2. They didn’t cover the car properly — they sprayed clear coat on my tire and got the driver’s window dirty. My car is new and expensive.
3. And the best part: they didn’t release my car right away because they hadn’t checked the payment. I had to come back half a day later and paid another $4,000 with my credit card — then they told me the invoice had already been paid, so my money was frozen for two weeks.
I never even got an apology.
Overall, this was a nightmare — I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible quality, terrible service.

Mike is a really nice and down to earth guy.
The shop and crew all seem friendly and experienced. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone in a heartbeat. Local, honest, and quality. That's all very important in today's world. Keep up the good work!

They did a really great job to my small Miata!
we had a hole in trunk part and they filled it smooth it out like new! the price was resonable. and communication was excellent. Mike was easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team did an amazing job on my white 2014 Sprinter. They changed the color to gray, removed decals, and repaired numerous rust spots. Their pricing was incredibly fair, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completed on time. No nonsense—just expert craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier!

Now we understand why our regular repair shop recommended Macco in Wheeling, IL. We had estimates from several other body shops and while Maaco proved the most reasonable, there’s no way the higher priced shops would have performed the service any better than Maaco; they did a great job.

I absolutely had a wonderful experience at this establishment as they were very helpful with my car. Not only did they take it in immediately, but they were also very kind and fixed the doors trim as it was loose on my car for not cost as all they told me was that it just needed adhesive.Thank you, and I look forward to coming here for any inconvenience that my car may have.

The work was well done and there is no difference between the paint job of the new and old paint. The replacement parts work like new. I would never take my car to another body shop. They are fair and stand behind their work. Karen Roth
