I wanted to go through Mark Drug for an insurance covered breast pump. I had no clue what the process was and Teresa helped me through the process. She sent me all the pumps they carried. Once the referral auth went through, she really helped me pick which pump would best fit my needs. She sent links to blogs, reviews, videos etc and it truly was so helpful. I had no idea that the collection cups were also covered and she was kind enough to explain that to me. It was a pleasure to work with her to get my pump. She's on the ball here and shipped my pump the same day! I will be returning here if I need any other medical care device. Thank you!

I went to Mark Drugs to look for a shower chair and while there an extremely helpful staff member came to give me assistance. They had exactly what I needed. Also, I was told by my occupational therapist that I needed safety grab bars for my shower. The gentleman that assisted me with the shower chair recommended Eddie from Safety 1st Grab Bars where I was given a Flyer and Business Card. Upon their suggestion I called Eddie and he was able to supply & install grab bars the very next day. I highly recommend Mark Drugs and their friendly and knowledgeable staff.

On two separate occasions, Teresa at Mark Drug Medical Supply has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She takes the time to answer every question and address all of your needs. She is always prompt in her responses, and we were able to get everything sorted out in one day!I highly recommend them!

Great customer service! Teresa has been a tremendous help throughout my breastfeeding journey with ordering pump and replacement parts months later. She was very prompt with answering my emails and getting parts shipped to me quickly and checking my insurance coverage for me. She made it so easy for me. Thank you!

I have been using Mark for many years and just grinning and bearing it. Guess when you have an Ostomy, your choices are limited, so "whatever". I have had to deal with so many problems with these people. This time I have to pay for an Item I didn't order. A rep told me to toss it, she would the item I ordered. Now I find they charged Medicare for the item I was told to toss as well! Is that fraud as the result of yet another inept probably texting at the time employee? I'm done calling my nurse, there has got to be a better option. I noticed the stellar reviews are from people who haven't been around long enough to be screwed yet. Just wait, it's the one area Mark is consistent in.

Teresa was great! She helped me with all my options and got me the pump and manual pump / collection cups I wanted at no cost to me through my insurance! Super great response time and follow up! Highly recommend!

I wanted to personally thank Jill for treating my mom with the utmost respect when she was in need of equipment for an injury. Not only was Jill patient and kind, she was knowledgable and a great staff member. We were also treated well by William. It turns out my mom didn't end up needing the equipment we rented but William made the experience ten times better by being kind and patient. This is a great business with awesome people rocking it!

I have been a customer at Mark Drug for many years. They’ve been my go-to source for medical supplies.However, the last experience with them has severed that long-time relationship. Every time I deal with them via phone they sound put out and inconvenienced. If there is an issue, the staff is frequently argumentative. They do not value the customer or their loyalty.I call every month to refill my 30-days of DME medical supplies. Typically, there is no issue. A manufacturer recently discontinued a product I use and put out a proper replacement. Last month, I had to call in to have them re-ship the proper barrier wipes.Again, I receive my shipment and the wrong wipes were sent. I called thinking they’d happily ship out the replacement. It was THEIR mistake, not mine. I told them last month to note I cannot use the brand they keep sending.I call today and speak with Erika. Now, I have dealt with her before and it always goes south. The attitude is just disgusting. I explain the issue and provide her with the product reference number to ship me the proper wipes.I’m on medical leave in Boston. They shipped the replacements last month to me. This month, Erika advised it would come via U.S. Mail to my home. I explained I was out of town and it wasn’t an option.She replies to me that there “is nothing in it for us but cost”. They would not reship it to me. The wipes do me no good being mailed to my home if I’m in Boston.I decided it wasn’t worth the fight anymore. I truly tried to support a local business. A privately owned business. Erika ensured that will never happen again.I’ll be taking my business over to 180 Medical. I’ve started using them already for some supplies due to the attitude at Mark Drug. The owner is just as argumentative and confrontational.You lost a very long-time customer over YOUR mistake. You chose to not take ownership of that. I’ll also be reversing the bill with my insurer, as you sent an item not prescribed. You also were told the product causes an allergic reaction and to stop sending the wrong item.All I requested was what I ordered. You decided it was “too costly” to own up to your mistake.If you need DME or Medical Equipment, stay far away from Mark Drug. They will act put out and inconvenienced. If they make a mistake, they’ll blame you and won’t make good.How was it my fault you made a mistake? I am in Boston. I am not in IL to get something via US Mail. I told Erika I wasn’t going to argue and that I’d eat the cost and go to 180 Medical.Her response: That’s fine. Slams the phone down and hangs up.My response: Not another penny. My doctor is issuing new scripts for 180 Medical.They don’t value your business and don’t stand behind what they sell. They don’t make good on their errors. My insurer will certainly have something to say about that.A destroyed customer relationship over a product under $20. Foolish and shows me what type of business they run.

I was looking for a place to get a good breast pump through my insurance and I am so happy I found Mark Drug.I’ve talked to Teresa and Margie and they were both extremely nice and helpful!Teresa helped me figure out what would be covered by the insurance and told me about other things that I wouldn’t have known nor asked about. And she recently reached out asking if I was in need of pump parts replacements which would also be covered by insurance. As an exclusively pumping mom, is very much needed so I really appreciate it.Thank you!

I have used Mark Drug Medical Supply twice, once in 2021 for my first DME product and now in 2023 for my second one. I worked with Teresa T both times and she is amazing! Very responsive and verifies insurance quickly before moving on to the next step.My orders were sent out from my doctors office and she contacted me within hours, I was able to get everything done with 24 hours and shipping is quick!
