Alan was extremely helpful! I went in to get a sim card activated and was having trouble at other places but Alan took his time and helped my boyfriend and I tremendously! Staff were very kind and knowledgable. Thank you!

They never have solutions for people who have problems with services. They will ask you to call the T-mobile call center.

For the people who don't want to read everything... This particular Metro By T-Mobile store is FABULOUS! The manager Alan couldn't be more helpful! He never tried to get me to buy the best most expensive things, he even told me if what he did didn't end up working I'd have to switch carrier's ?! If you need to go into a Metro store for anything GO TO THIS ONE, and make sure Alan is there beforehand!I went into my cellphone carrier's store w/a gynormous amount of questions and problems I couldn't get at myself or anyone I knew so I had to go into the store.I have had HORRIBLE experiences at other Metro By T-Mobile stores. I bet everyone has had THIS one happen to them... You go into the store and the only person there is a younger (most of the time a woman) person behind the counter w/their heads buried into their phones and paying absolutely NO attention to what's going on around them! You feel like you could walk around the store putting everything that's not locked down into your bag and walk out w/o any problem. Well one of the previous Metro stores that I went to had just that (the woman w/a cellphone in the place where her head should have been, but it never makes THEM SMART... usually quite the opposite) when I told her what was wrong w/my phone she literally took a paperclip and started jamming it into my speaker to try to get the dust out! After I left I couldn't ever hear anything from that speaker again. I had to put my phone on speaker, or put in headphones to hear someone talking to me!So this visit to the Metro store I ended up having to buy a new phone bcuz Alan said that I'd have to get my phone fixed (worked on) if I ever wanted to hear something out of that speaker ever again. I said "and let me guess, getting it worked on would probably cost around the same amount of money as buying a new one! ", He agreed.BUT he made sure I left there w/the phone I liked, and through in every single promotion or Sale's/coupons, or any other thing he could possibly find just so that I didn't have to pay the phone's actual amount since I couldn't afford it! ? He's seriously the best Sale's person I've ever had!!! (Just a little FYI there was another person working there and she had her head buried into her phone. LoL!Thanks again for all you did for my Mom and I!!

Alan at this store is an outstanding individual who helps and cares about his Owners Clients !!! That's why they will keep coming back and I've also had met the Owner and he also helps his Clients very well too !Highly recommend this store for all your future phone needs ! Online it says the store closes at 8pm. I got there at 7:01 and it was Closed. Apparently google has not Updated the store hours. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! So just so you guys know they close at 7pm.
