Really nice people and good work! My family had to call them Friday night due to our plumbing being invaded by tree branches (after almost 30 years in that house the issue now becomes a problem ?). Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. They were always in touch and were happy to answer all of our questions. Totally deserve five stars!

I woke up to my backup sump pump alarm going off. I attempted to resolve the alarm myself but couldn't figure out the issue. I put in a request for service and Wagner and Sons called me back within 5 minutes. They asked some clarifying questions and advised that they could swing by between 11am and 12pm, the truck rolled into my driveway at 10:58!Mike Wagner himself serviced my pump, he was very professional and even took the time to explain to me how the pump works and what some other issues to look out for are. He showed me how he determined that the backup and main pump were shot and went through my options. He said that I could replace the current 1/3hp pump but that he recommended a 1/2hp pump because my property grading isn't great. He said he could replace the backup at the same time but was honest about it being something that can be done at anytime and wasn't necessary to do right away.Ultimately I approved the 1/2hp main pump and declined the back up pump. After that he was able to replace the pump in 40 minutes before going on his way. I really appreciate the honesty, transparency, and explanations of service and equipment. I am very satisfied with the overall service and I saved his card for future services

Needed a cartridge inster for a shower valve .they told me to send them a picture of the valve that's in the wall without taking the actual cartridge out .I buy it come back home took the old insert out n it was the same exact part !!!! By looking at the housing they told me a part number..unlike big box stores wheere they just sell stuff n have no clue what they are doing wen u ask m .

Fantastic service. So patient and professional. Arrived on time completed the job and took the time to explain what he has done. Also gave me advice on what I could do to help the issue I was having with water in my basement. I will be calling them again when I need a plumber.
