After reading all of the horrible reviews pertaining to the Spanish lady at the front desk who refuse to give her name; Why is she still employed at this hotel. She is literally causing the hotel to lose money/customers. I stayed at this hotel Jan 12-17 due to my heating system breaking down in my rental condo. My landlord paid for my family to stay at this hotel, due to it being 10-15 min from my residence. I enjoyed my stay, although the hotel did not have the amenities stated on the website. I did not care about the amenities, as this was an emergency situation. The day before check out, my landlord book a extra day, due to the heat in my rental condo was not yet repaired. I went to the front desk to confirm the extra day, as I was still in the timeframe of my original reservation stay; and the rude and disrespectful Spanish lady at the front desk asked me for a credit card again. My landlord already provided the credit card for the original reservation, and additional day. My landlord text me the confirmation information for the extra day. We were only adding an additional day to my current reservation. I explained this to the lady at the front desk, however, she cut me off. She told me I needed my landlord credit card that was already on file and paying for the room I was currently residing. I asked her name and she refused to give me her name. After reading reviews I see she has not provided her name to none of the hotel guest. She attempted to engage me in a confrontation; however, I did not engage. I asked her for corporate number, she refuse to give it to me, stating she did not have it. I asked her for her manager, she informed me she is the General manager, and walked away. Needless to say, my landlord canceled the reservation, and we took our business elsewhere.My question to the owners of this location, Why is this lady still employed at this hotel? The nameless front desk clerk is literally costing the company money!

This is by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. Had to change rooms. Shower didn’t work. Water was brownish yellow holes in the wall. First place we stayed where they didn’t serve coffee. Rude staff. We will NEVER be back. EwwwwNoteworthy details: Save your money

If I could give this place a 0 I would my family and I checked in to our room we go in the waters BROWN the people at the front desk said it had been like that for TWO days no one said anything about that when we checked in. We looked at the beds to make sure they were clean only to find blood stains and other weird stains. We were also charged a 250 fee incase someone smoked as walk into the hallways all you can smell is weed….also the staff we talked to were extremely rude about the situation. Please for yourself don’t stay here.

I have stayed at this hotel for a little under a week now on and off, coming from a project in palatine. I've had enough with this hotel. The lady (she would not tell me her name as well as threatened to call the cops on me) this morning asked me to come to the front desk. She told me that this is not a SHELTER. She told me this because I slept in a little and the room was not paid for for another night. I asked her if i looked like a dog to her. I was completely taken aback. The company that i am working with has spent a lot of money here. We all would have stayed but this is it for me. The last night I stayed they had to move our room twice. The first one, they gave us a room that wasn't clean and had poop in the toilet. I almost puked. The one that they switched us into, the water would not drain properly from the bathroom sink. The one I had last night the water would not drain properly. As i write this, from the bar, I see someone waiting with an issue, and that lady is not there at that desk. She put her coat on and walked out somewhere. I am livid. hoping this review helps future ustomers.

Everything perfect infact exceptional. Siddu is a Gem his smile and his way of going extra mile for the guests to ensure smooth check in and comfortable stay is hugely commendable.Long way to go you will be a huge man soon buddy.The Manager i Met while heading out is another cute Human with the softest voice and extremely courteous gesture!?A must visit for someone who wants to sleep peacefully ✌️Noteworthy details: Everything and everything noteworthy,perfect.!

Really not worth it. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms. Dirty linen and towels piled up in the passage way. Breakfast at $9.99 not fit for human consumption. Front desk remained unmanned for long periods of time.

This is a no star hotel. I've been here for almost a month, mid way through my stay the manager asked me to move room because she stated she didn't know we had a dog and pet was not allowed on that side of the hotel. Ok but I've seen plenty of other pet on that side since we've stayed, but ok I'll move no problem I just don't want to deal with it so we moved. Well I noticed no one was ever placed in any of the rooms surrounding me and some day left open and unoccupied. Two nights ago I noticed a mouse and that was the last straw for me I don't do rodents so we asked to be moved the Manager Yamilex had the nerves to say we have a dog and maybe the dog food is attracting the mice to our room. I explained no there a hole in the wall that's were they are coming from. Her response was yeah that's normally how they get in and would not move us. My wife get off work and decide that she doesn't want to stay in the room so she called the corp customer care of Wyndham told them the situation so they put in a claim. A few moments later the manager knocks on the door and stated she didn't like my comment about how rude she is and she'll move me for the night but I have to leave today. Now this lady has been nothing but rude to me, I feel as if she moved me to the other side of the hotel were the rooms are still being renovated because I'm black and she just don't like me for no reason. I have never done anything to this lady, always nice, polite, respectful and she is just always rude to just me. I've set and watch how she Interact with others and then I come up to the desk for help and I receive an attitude. So I'm leaving this Here because Wyndham corporate don't give two Sh**.

DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOURSELF. IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO IT STILL WOULDN’T BE GOOD ENOUGH. I wish I was exaggerating I went with three friends for a nice two day vacation when we got there immediately the smell hits you my friends first words were I hope inside the room looks better than the outside. We were told there was a microwave and a fridge with our room which was supposed to be two queen size beds they were two full size. There was no microwave no towels no coffee pot no trash cans the bathroom shower head was rusted out and the bathtub part was rusted and stained the carpets were wet and so were the bed sheets. Look I can get past all of that but what I couldn’t get past was the BED BUGS YES YOU HEARD ME.. bed freaking bugs we went to lay down and it took less than an hour to realize what was happening I have never packed so fast! You’d think it wouldn’t get worse right? Wrong we went to check out and ask for the manager because we wanted a refund we had only been there two hours. The front desk guy did nothing but argue about getting the managers number and when we called customer support we were then met with a rude lady who kept interrupting every few seconds who wouldn’t help us and said we shouldn’t have left even through the front desk guy said we could leave and call the manager tomorrow for our refund. Safe to say I will never be back and I will warn everyone of this experience because I have paranoia with bugs and I cannot get home fast enough to disinfect and get the hottest shower I can take. I wish this on nobody do yourself the biggest favor and spend your money somewhere else and thank yourself for it.

This place is different. lol I was there a week—I enjoyed my stay. Would stay again.Good parking choices. Safe hotel & 2 safe handicap accessible entrances. No elevators.Was not bothered by anyone. Staff was polite when I saw them. Had to ask for towels, but they had them accessible late at night. Vending machine was running low.The restaurant attached was nice and convenient. They can get a little wild some nights and can be heard down the first hall of rooms—(you’d need thicker walls, or your clients can wear headphones ;) ). It’s good fun though. Oh, you can also hear the planes. Again, headphones. These are older building(s).Hotel lobby looks more like a restaurant than a hotel when you’re pulling up in an Uber/taxi.Overall, liked this place.

Nefarious cleaning and maintenance in the room (bathroom and hallways). I arrived from a long trip and I couldn't take a shower because the faucets were rusty and it was not possible to change the room. I would not stay at this hotel again at

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are nothing like pictured, they are DISGUSTING. The beds were advertised as “queens” but they are a full size at BEST! There are no microwaves, or towels in the room. The floors and beds were damp when we checked in. We were told by a “Ron” that there was nothing that could be done. The bathrooms are so small you can barely turn around in them. BUGS! So many spiders and bugs! Seriously I know this place is affordable but stay somewhere else! No parking available. DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is GROSSLY misrepresented. There is no pool, spa or "warm" breakfast as advertised on multiple third party sites and Google. The rooms are old, the bath drains painfully slow and the AC never truly cools as a hotel sized commercial unit would. This is marketed as a 3 star hotel, maybe the brand is but this location is less than a 2 star. When asked about the missing amenities you get an apathetic yet surprised response from the woman at your front desk, almost as if what we are asking is ridiculous. This strategy will eventually catch up to you guys! Soooo not cool!The ONLY bright spot is the restaurant. Very good food, excellent service. Unless there's no other rooms anywhere else or you really want to be near the restaurant, do not come here, go elsewhere!!

The hotel was filthy and super run down. Our toilet overflowed the morning of our first day there. They didn’t do anything immediately and took over 5 hours to fix our toilet. We were unable to be in our room for that entire time since the maintenance man did not speak any English and it was very uncomfortable. The front desk worker would not let us switch to another room or work on making our stay more enjoyable. When we finally got back to our room the toilet was not actually fixed and we were unable to use our bathroom for the rest of our stay. There were also bugs in our room, the head boards had gross white gobs splattered on them and the ice container had black mold on the lid. Very very disappointed in the overall stay!
