I had a good experience here. Tight turn in swing wide come at appointment time don’t come early. Check in with guard. She’ll open the gate she’s very friendly. You drive straight back and go to the right. There’s a sign for the doors shipping and receiving. Receiving is to the right but left inside the enclosed docks go to the blue door. Back into dock they’ll let u know when they’re done. Maybe 30/45 minutes. And you’ll go back out the same way you came in. My appt was at 7am I came at 6:50am.

Cool place. Don't show up more than 30min before appointment. If you come early you'll have to park across the street. Tight driveway. One way in one way out.

Place is a dump! No washroom for trucker's to use! I looked for a trailer and the load. NOT THERE already taken! Twice in one day this happened to me!

You guys need better yard drivers. I was dropping a trailer you guys requested today. Shipping inside says drop it out back. I took it around back took a 30 min break. Dropped the trailer then yard driver comes up yelling you can't park there. Now I don't know where to park it. So by the time I figure this all out it will be rush hour. This knucklehead will cost you at least couple hours of what would be this truck moving your goods around. This truck is dedicated contract so only moves your goods

Came here to the wheeling il location for a pickup. Full truck load and was loaded anf out in half hour. Reynolds load...warehoise is now pactive...but not like some other ones. This one was ok to me

What a horrible place! Dropped my trailer for a few days to be loaded. Picked it up with a huge dent and a crack in front right corner caused by another trailer. The place is very tight and they let other drivers park their trailers very closely stacked up. Never again!
