The Westin Chicago North Shore is a clean, modern, and elegant hotel offering comfortable rooms at fair prices. Its location provides great convenience, situated close to the highway and on Wheeling's famous Restaurant Row, placing many dining options within walking distance. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a large fireplace and comfortable seating, giving a nice vibe. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The hotel features a Starbucks inside, a swimming pool, and a small pond in the back. It is connected to Saranello's Italian restaurant, noted for exceptional brunch and very good service and food. Other nearby activities include easy access to banquet halls, a gift and snack shop, and numerous surrounding restaurants and shops. While generally positive, some feedback notes occasional room issues needing attention. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to stay in the area.
We went to the Westin for a conference and enjoyed our stay there. The hotel has everything including restaurant and bar, clean and well-maintained gym and pool, and clean and large rooms. It is a good place to hold an event. 10/10. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I love coming to this hotel, I often have team meetings here and can arrange rooms with meeting space on short notice. Sabrina and the rest of the team at the Westin are wonderful!
