Although my experience with U-Haul itself was not the easiest and slightly annoying, the gentleman who helped check me in at this location made everything run quickly and efficiently. Thanks to him, I was able to finally get on my way.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Went to pick up a reserved truck and no one was there. The store looked like they were moving out yet the site says it open. Absolutely ridiculous! Had to go to the location on Rand in Arlington Height.
