We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life. Thanks again.. for sincere kind businesses!! ~Support local!!

I called about having my gaming pc diagnosed, the issue was it would crash bring me to the the blue screen and reboot but only when I play games. Told the guy it happens after playing for a while, and even showed him the screen shots of the error codes when I dropped it off, said he will look into it, 4 days later get a call saying everything is fine, working good all they did was update some drivers. Talked to Damien and he said the same thing as the other guy even said he only spent 12 mins on my pc and no problems. 75 dollars I get it back only to do the same thing. Now I call back and he says am running a non-4K graphic card on a 4K tv and that's what's causing the graphic card to crash. Never heard that before but what ever I changed the resolution to 1080P following a experienced tech. Still crashes now am on a crash reboot loop. Worst way to spend 75 bucks. Do go there, at least for a pc I can't speak for any other repair he does. Now to his reply, I didn't do no modifications, Love how he tries to imply I made mods. How about you learn more about gaming pc before you put words in your customer mouth. I was told by Damien to reinstall windows. Which I did. Second there is no going back and forth in text or calls until after I paid the 75 because I still having issues, and so I didn't 100% believe that. because someone saying your pc is crashing because your running in a 4K tv with a non 4K graphic card not really believable. and I was given permission by Damien. The day before It was ready i spent 45 mins on the phone, 44 mins it was more about how gamers don't know things like Latency etc nothing really containing to my issue. why should I go back, your not even the one that was fixing it you gave it to someone else working from a garage. And yes one of the games was In Beta but I was playing with 3 other people they have older pc then me and never has the issue that I have. Now let's say it is the game then why would it crash while am starting my pc and I play any other game, and crash 16 times a day within a hour of starting it, I never heard a game any game in beta or not crash a system like that. And yes 75 dollars for 12 mins of playing a game, updateing some drivers I believe is too much, I was never told that you was looking at for all four days, just for 12 mins what would you think. Here are pictures of after I got it back and before. Lastly I technically didn't authorize the repair you guys did, I said diagnose it and let me know.

Easy to send parcels and packages. I just had to drop it off and the guy in the store took care of it. I wish everything worked like that. Easy peasy lemon squeeze.

Sandro is very helpful and do extra thing that you will need with no extra cost... something that NO all business do... did I mention he is very kind and respectful. I will regiment this location to all my friends when they need to buy or repair a phone or computer..

Digi-cell does an amazing job. They have fixed a few things for me in the past couple years. The latest was my daughter's iPad mini. She had cracked her screen and I took it to get a new screen and they did an amazing job it's like new.

It's obvious you would blame the customer for your lack of professionalism and honesty. First off I've had my phone for over 2 years and had never dropped it in water which I didn't understand why over the phone you said it was water damage without even looking at it. You gave me a quote over the phone and the only reason I trusted you was because I was referred by a friend. If you say you warranty your parts for 90 days why wouldn't you look at it 5 days later when I brought it in, and I had called you 2 days after timely you know the screen was not installed properly? You say the parts are genuine or that's what I was told but the screen installed on my iphone has a gap that does not fit my screen. I've let someone else look at it and was told the screen was not installed properly if you were a little professional and honest in your line of work you would at least look at it and tell me why the screen does not sit properly on the phone instead of assuming customers abuse their phone, if that was the case I wouldn't have lasted even a year with it. Be professional and stop lying to excuse yourself from robing people.

Funny. There were two guys in there when I went. So I don't know why he's said it's only him to that review. This guy also lied about replacing my battery which I knew he didn't. I just went had it replaced. Cell works great like I knew it would. He still claimed he changed when I called and told him. I have the old battery and watched new place change it. They do it up front. So I look at old battery and it's 2016. So either way. You didn't change or you gave me old battery. Won't be coming here any more. Very dishonest. I should have trusted my instincts like I was going to when I seen who owned it. I wasn't born here. Sorry buddy. I didn't want free battery. I wanted to pay for new battery. Your ignorance and defense mode tell you are being untruthful. I have the old battery. 2016. So even if it was a year. Which you claim. You gave me old or used battery. I don't like free anything and paid for what you did. Why would I payfor battery that you knew you would not change.

AMAZING SERVICE! My phone fell in the pool and they were able to get it working for me ! Pleasant experience from start to finish. They made sure to answer all questions I have and the price was the best around. I will continue to support this small business.

They have friendly and knowledgeable service people there. The store owners tries to do his best to be accommodating and helpful with any problem with your Electronics. My girlfriend and I visited to have her tablet repaired. They did a great job! My nephew needed a cell phone they gave him a great price and help them to have good coverage in areas throughout the state of Illinois

The worst experience I've ever had. I should have known better when I called then I asked if they were open and he said "I answered the phone didn't I?" I called back got another gentleman was greeted the same way. I must caution you find somewhere else to take your phone. Disaster from start to finish.

Walked in with cracked screen on Iphone. Fast and friendly service. They also replaced my ear speaker as well. Quality repair at a very reasonable cost.
