The Asian middle aged woman is very rude!! Cuts people off while they are speaking and never listens. I was in front of an elderly man and she was treating him bad. She is unprofessional!

I had a good experience the first time I came. Very polite young lady. The second time however was this middle aged women short hair with glasses. She was very rude to every customer there. I was very surprised and I’m not one to complain

Your employees need to be trained or re-trained or they are stealing. Almost every time I send an envelope with my customers cards inside you ask for a ridiculous postage due of $4.96 when it only weighs less than 2 ounces and the envelope is OFFICIALLY STAMPED/SEALED WITH THE BIG RED CIRCLE POST OFFICE STAMP BY MY LOCAL POST OFFICE WHERE IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND WEIGHED IN FRONT OF ME BY POST A OFFICE EMPLOYEE. YOU CANNOT OVERRIDE ANOTHER POST OFFICES SEAL. EVER!!! STOP BE STUPID OR I'M CALLING THE FRAUD LINE AGAIN AND GETTING THE POST MASTER INVOLVED ONCE MORE.

Every damn time your employee puts tons of garbage in our mailboxes.
The address is Scanlon Dr, Wheeling.
This was one visit by your employee, I can send you a picture of what he or she brings us in a week, you will be horrified!!!!
If this does not stop, you will face very unpleasant consequences, believe me!

While we normally run into no issues, we did run into a few instances, including today (this morning, 8:30-9 am), where she charged extra for a flat rate box. She did not explain the extra charge (even when we asked) and insisted it was right. Luckily another employee was kind enough to rectify the mistake quickly but the fact an employee was willing to randomly charge more is concerning. It felt like we were being taken advantage of because we were both unwilling to make a scene and did not look like we were able to speak English.
We've also seen this employee argue with multiple other (older) customers before. Mostly for unrelated reasons but I suppose it is a track record of sorts.

I'm confused about the other reviews. Everytume I needed help I've always received what I needed.
I would like to send a shout out to Armen, who is always friendly, helpful and has a positive attitude.

I went there today to send out a package. I wanted to purchase a Label to put on the package since my package was taped up I couldn't write the address on it. The Asian lady told me I have to write the address on the package and that she cannot make print a label even tough other locations have done this for me every time I go to usps. I started to write the address but it easily wiped off the package due to the tape so I asked if they have a sharpie instead. She told me they don't have a sharpie when there was one sitting at the desk she was at... During this time 3 other people had to leave because she didn't accept the packages they had. I had left and called UPS down the street if they print labels for customers since I was in USPS and they didn't do it for me. The guy from UPS on the phone asked me if I'm calling about the wheeling USPS and even pointed out the exact employee that was giving me the issue. Lets just say UPS took care of my package and will not be coming back such a waste of time. Don't bother to send your packages out from this location.

Ms. Kim I believe the manager at this facility and the way she trains people is is very professional and courteous.
A young lady helped me and charged me the wrong amount on a registered mail but she went as far as to send me a envelope to my home to help fix whatever happened. This is called accountability and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation instead of me wondering why my envelope didn't reach the destination due to the error.
I came in the next day and all was resolved. Stuff like this happens we're all human. Every one here is very friendly and management is professional and up front
Better to deal with issues you may have in office over phone. They will gladly help you.
Thanks again to the manager and the young lady assisting me your efforts should not go unnoticed in my humble opinion.

The Asian lady with the glasses is INSANELY rude. She didn't listen to a word I was saying, kept cutting me off,
not making sense, and refused to get a manager when I asked. I've never left a post office shaking from anger because someone treated me so horribly before. All the comments below me have had terrible experiences with the same person.
The Manager. Erica was super helpful and apologetic. I appreciate her professionalism and hope the above mentioned employee is talked to.

I was thrilled that when I had a problem with a package that this post office was handling they actually answered the phone and are looking through the packages to help me out. It is rare to have such success when trying to even reach an office we have a shipping problem with, they usually never even answer.

The place is the worst. The Asian lady is so rude. She didn’t answer any question when there is no one waiting in line. My question is just to confirm the delivering address because the one I got and the system displayed different cities. And she just refused to help me clarify. Worst service ever. NEVER come here. She charged me the envelop but refuse to ship. I hope I can rate negative rating.
