VT Services had great customer service with quick response and turnaround time. The team was flexible and will work with you if repairs having issues. They communicated over the process, were upfront about schedule, and were extremely important for warranty repair of Razer laptop. The repair job was outstanding, returned the laptop in better condition with quality work. They were communicative, responsive and professional throughout the entire service claim and recommend using them again.

I was very happy when my laptop returned looking like new! My touch screen needed to be replaced and I couldn’t tell the difference with the original (because it used a screen from the manufacture).
