Great customer service, quick response time as well as turnaround time to get stuff back. Flexible and will work with you if repairs end up having issues.

I had a laptop sent in for warranty repair. The team was great! Jodi and Stacie actually over communicated to ensure I understood the process and my options. They were very upfront about the schedule which was extremely important because the laptop was required for my son’s university. Overall, they did an outstanding job and I recommend using them again.

I do a lot of personal electronics repairs - and I only used VT as part of a warranty claim for my Razer laptop, and I'm pleasantly surprised to say that I was very happy with the repair job VT Services did on my Razer laptop. In addition to repairing the broken item in question, they returned the laptop to me in significantly better condition than when it was sent to them.In addition to the quality repair work, VT was also very communicative, responsive and professional throughout the entire service claim, and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Your repair service was excellent. Great communication, fast service, and quality work! Thanks to the Razer team as well, they did a great job arranging it. After experiencing your services I’m very glad I purchased the extended warranty with accidental damage protection. I hope I don’t need service again, but if I do, I’m confident in knowing that I’m covered by Razer and that VT Services will be doing the work. Thanks for a job well done!!!!

I’m very happy with VT Services for fixing my laptop promptly at a good price. Not only did they fix my mother board, but solved a less critical problem I had been having as well. Since I live nearby I dropped it off and their hours are flexible enough that I could work it in my commute. They have an impressive computer lab set up with a professional staff of about a dozen. I can recommend them highly. That being said, I have an issue and can rant about how HP made and has offered technical support for my computer. I don’t plan on buying anything HP again as a result. However, I don’t blame VT services for not being HP. Reading some dissatisfied reviews reminds me of where my teen sons and I get our haircuts. I admire the salon for how stylishly they transform my sons. But no matter how hard I plead, they can at best pull my wisp of what was once bangs and say: I am only a beautician, not a magician. VT Services can only do what they can do: they are technicians, not magicians.Despite my choice to buy HP, I am pleased and grateful for VT Service’s work.

I was very happy when my laptop returned looking like new! My touch screen needed to be replaced and I couldn’t tell the difference with the original (because it used a screen from the manufacture). Thank you VT Services! Also, a special shout out to Jodi who helped answer my questions and keep me in the loop!

From reviews and my own personal experience, it is pretty clear that most people don't choose VT Services, but instead end up there through warranty claims, and it's no wonder that's the case.My laptop was in for the same repairs twice over ~2 months, with the repair cost totaling about 80% of the laptops cost. Pretty disappointing and frustrating to have had similar issues with the laptop twice after repairs (with a lengthy 2 weeks total of ground shipping both times). Mistakes happen, and new problems arise though, so I was not too upset here, but after the second repair the laptop came back with a new dent in it. The packaging materials were all in good-to-great condition, making it difficult to believe that it might have occurred in shipping (and even if it did, the only thing that'd tell me is that the shipping materials used were inadequate). So, I contacted VT Services the next day to see what the options were for this. VT Services was quick to deny the possibly of the dent being their fault, and largely came across as trying to "strong-arm" me into accepting the dent, or otherwise going through a lengthy process of shipping insurance claims which still may not result in a repair. I was also informed that the exit photos showed no signs of the dent. I requested to see these exit photos, and never received a response. And even with these photos, I still wouldn’t know if the damage had occurred after photos being taken and before being packaged for shipping. In reference to the dent, VT Services also told me that they could not repair something that was not broken. Can you imagine lending someone your car, only to have it returned with new scratches and dents and being told “well it’s not broken, so I can’t fix it”?Then I moved to contacting the warranty company about it. When the warranty company contacted VT Services, VT tried claiming that the original first repair had the dent present and they had wanted to repair it, but were denied by the warranty company. Yet VT Service had also been confident they had photo evidence of this dent not existing when the laptop last left them.Overall, I am just left amazed by the entire repair process here. My laptop spent 4 weeks total in shipping and had repairs that came to around 80% of the laptops cost and left it with new dents. It’s also amazing how many reviews share the same story here of long repair times and new damage, while VT Services hides behind the excuse of being a warranty repair middleman.

They were kind people and such, but they replaced my laptops swollen battery with a battery that cannot hold any charge -_- Not exactly the best solution lol.

Via Warrantech, my MSI laptop was sent out to VT Services for faulty fan bearings. I was very discouraged after reading the bad reviews and quite worried. But, after a very fast turnaround time I got the laptop back today. Zero issues and back to it's original condition. My laptop was returned in the same original box I sent it in, courteously cleaned, and put in a sealed bag as well. Thank you to the VT Services team!

My only "room for improvement" is regarding communication about the status of my repair and the parts. They send out standardized emails about your general status which lack the specifics I was looking for. I grew up with engineers and get it and don't hold it against them because of their quality work. Despite my choice to buy HP, I am pleased and grateful for VT Service's work.

VT Services was disappointing at best. I bought my laptop through newegg and it required repair. So my laptop was shipped to them. It took them three days just to check what the problem was (Keyboard problems, and a battery issue) Once they recieved approval, they forgot to order the parts, and it was only after over a week of no updates did I call and they tried to blame it on the Corona Virus (Honestly, it was almost laughable) But by the next day, they put the order in and strangely enough it would take normal shipping time of 3-5 days. It has now been four weeks and now I'm waiting for it to be mailed back, because despite saying they would have it returned to me as quickly as possible, it's a 7 day delivery. So even if they make a mistake, they won't put out the extra 10 dollars for the expedited shipping that they should have. I still don't even know how it works and I almost dread it with the unprofessional level of this company. Maybe next time I will reconsider buying from Newegg. Best Buy's geek squad is so much better!
