Terrible customer service from Vicki on 8/11/2023 @ the Carrollton, Illinois location. Really upset my elderly client today. Vicki has no patience for the elderly and as we were leaving my client said “well it usually works ok” ( her card) . Vicki mumbled under her breath sarcastically “Whatever”. If you’re going to work with the public VICKI you need to be kinder.

Great place and great customer service but never fails every time I’ve came in for the past 2 or 3 months there is only 1 cashier and a line out into the store.

One of the worst stores to shop. Carts of boxed items up and down the aisles blocking the shelves and your view to shop. This isn’t a rare occurrence this is daily no matter what time of day you go in. I drive the 4 miles to the next one rather than drive the block and a half to this one.
