The two ladies that were working here were so sweet and very helpful. My three boys had to have their passport pictures taken and applications sent off. We were already turned away from one post office saying because we were from out of state they couldn't do it. The ladies here were so sweet and helped us with everything.

When I went here to pick up my package, the woman threw up her hands and shook her head asking what my address was.

They need to have the LOCAL post office number available, the 800 number is NOT helpful when trying to contact the post office in Whitehall Illinois!!
