The people here are very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain everything and give honest advice on the best way to fix the issue, without trying to upsell unnecessary work.
They worked on my Volvo truck, and everything was done quickly and with great quality, which is extremely important when you’re on the road.
I was also pleasantly surprised that all the parts I needed were in stock, so there was no waiting time.
Another big advantage is the large yard — it’s very easy to maneuver and park even with a big truck.
Highly recommend this place!”

“I called Tates on a Saturday evening and left a message.Within 5 minutes he called me back.Hes ALOT cheaper than every place I called by far.He orderded my back truck window and came to my residence on Tuesday morning to install it.Hes professional and friendly..came in his Tates Glass van with all the tools needed..even a vacuum.I tipped him 15 dollars extra for coming to me without me even asking and I'm 25 miles away.He knows his stuff and has been doing it for over 40 year's.I would recommend anyone calling him before wasting your time elsewhere.Also the glass he uses is tempered and OEM in case anyone's wondering.Give him a call...and if he doesn't answer just leave a message bc hes probably busy...but he will indeed call you back.A++++ Service”

“I can’t say enough good things about Stephen and Ben in the Automotive Department at Walmart. We were just passing through town when one of our truck tires started leaking. We managed to make it to Walmart only 30 minutes before the automotive department was scheduled to close.
Despite it being near the end of their shift, Stephen and Ben went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they quickly repair our flat tire, but they also rotated all of our tires to make sure we could get back on the road safely. This meant staying late, yet they never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.
Their professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service were truly impressive. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers the way these two do. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.

“I'm so glad I found this place! A family business going on 3rd generation now.
As soon as I arrived I felt these people have integrity.
I was afraid I'd be stuck for a couple days waiting on parts, etc. but they fixed my brakes well enough to get me to where I was going, warning me that I do need a brake job. Brakes have been fine all the way down South in Texas.
And it was only $40!!!
May God bless them for being honest people, have no fear about going there.”
