“Where to begin?! Brian Durking first helped my then, boyfriend… now husband…purchase our first condo. Seamless process, knew all of the connections we needed to get everything done in a timely manner. Brian is not only professional and trustworthy, but very personable as well. 8 years & 2 children later, we were ready to sell the condo and move to Indiana.
He guided us with everything we needed to do to list the condo first. Once we were able to list, We looked at houses in a specific area and Brian recommended we check out a small town we hadn’t heard of before. We found out our condo had an offer that morning and as soon as we entered this new neighborhood, it felt like home!
The home we fell in love with had the exact amount of bedrooms & bathrooms we wanted. A yard, garage, and so much room for activities!
The process was intense with selling the condo and moving to a new state, but Brian knew what he was doing, recommended Rate for financing and the referrals for inspection, lawyer, etc. Brian even gave us reminders after purchasing about specific deadlines, license renewals, gas, electric, literally everything. He even gave us a list of local things to do since he’s familiar with the area!
To sum things up- Brian and his team are amazing to work with, constant communication, & professional. I highly recommend working with him!”
