Sherry is amazing! I called from Atlanta wanting to send my friend some flowers for her 40th birthday. I was greeted by Sherry and she walked me through all of the options for flowers and is delivering a bright festive bouquet. She inquired about how I was doing after Hurricane Helene and the entire interaction was so beautiful. If I lived closer to this place, it would be my go to for flower shop just off the customer service interaction alone!

Needed flowers to placed at my Grandma & Grandpa's memorial site at the nearby cemetery, and this shop was recommended to me. They didn't disappoint. Placed my order over the phone, mentioned my budget, and the employee was very polite & listened to my request (colors, flowers, etc). She even sent me a pic of the bouquet via text & I think they did a lovely job. Will definitely use again to honor any dates that were important to my grandparents.

I spoke to Sherry the owner, she made some great suggestions for flowers. It was my Aunt's 90th birthday surprise party. The arrangement was a basket with colorful spring flowers. Beautifully done, and delivered on time. I will definitely call her for all my future florist needs.

Sherrie put together all of the flowers for my wedding & all of my bridal party this past weekend. They are more than I ever expected them to be. I walked in, gave her my vision/colors I wanted- and she made it come to life. I highly recommend. She was very easy to communicate with! I will always come back to Willow Florist!

I just used this small business to order flowers for a family member. I emailed several times with questions, and then called in the specialized order from out of state. The shop was amazing to communicate with, and delivered on time with a beautiful arrangement. My sister loved the flowers. Highly recommend this business!

We're in another state and needed a funeral spray on a stand for a relative's service. Willow's reviews were excellent so I called to place an order. The shop was closed for the day and I left a voice message; the owner called me back within minutes. I referred to the example on her website and she said the arrangement pictured was a smaller, less expensive size but it would be perfect for what I needed. I even asked for some substitutions and the addition of a bow and the owner said she was happy to make the changes. There was no upselling or up charges. The flowers were delivered the afternoon of the wake, as promised, arriving before the family did. I recommend patronizing this flower shop without hesitation.

Great place to get flowers! I planned a last minute wedding ceremony and reception recently. I was so nervous about ordering a bouquet because of the short notice I was giving them.

Sherrie was wonderful to work with! She made a beautiful prom bouquet for my daughter, and a very simple yet perfect boutonniere for her date. I sent her an email and she responded back very quickly, I then called to thank her for being so accomodating and working with me kind of last minute. I'm definitely going to be returning for all of my special occasions! Highly recommend!
