I’ve had my share of bad experiences with mechanics who overcharge or just aren’t honest, so finding Russ at Aspen Auto was a huge relief. He’s the real deal. He took my Jeep in after an accident and not only fixed it up through insurance but also made sure everything was running smoothly without any nonsense.
Russ is honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like they’re actually looking out for you, but that’s exactly what you’ll get here. If you’re tired of being given the runaround by other shops, definitely give Aspen Auto a try. You won’t regret it.

Brought my car in for some framework and a door repair. They gave me a fair quote and clearly know what they’re doing. The total cost was a little over $2,000, which was close to the original estimate. The work itself was solid, and I’d recommend them for honesty and fair pricing.
However, the follow-up experience was disappointing. When I picked up the car and paid, I was told one minor exterior piece was still being retrieved and should arrive in a few weeks. That seemed fine. But after calling once a month for three months, the responses became increasingly rude. I was told to “just be happy with the work” and stop worrying about it; even though I had already paid for that part. I understand some jobs are difficult, but after spending over $2,000, being dismissed like that was frustrating.
Overall, I debated between 3 and 4 stars. I settled on 4 because the work was good and the price was fair. Honestly it could have been 5 stars if the customer service had matched the quality of the repair and the final piece (Which is visibly noticeable) was better handled.

I have used Aspen Auto Body twice. The first time was a number of years ago and they were a second estimate. They beat the dealer's recommended shop's price by alot and the repair was outstanding and is still great years later. This time was for paintless dent removal. The price was WAY less than I expected and the result was PERFECT!!!! And I'm very picky. I never write reviews, but had to this time. They are the definition of American small business. Honest... Affordable... Competent... Hope I never need them again, but won't ever use another body shop.

Excellent service and timely work! They first ensure your car is drivable while ordering the necessary parts, then call you when it’s time to bring it back in—helping you save on rental car costs. The technicians are highly skilled and professional. Both Russ and Darnel are extremely cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend this body shop to my friends and family!

Went to get an estimate for damage on my vehicle, i believe the fellow name was Russ was very rude and had an argumentative attitude saying to “shut up”. That is no way to speak to potential customer.

Excellent work, fast repair time, and fair prices. What more can you ask for when looking for a reliable body shop to fix your car? I was forced off of the road into a tree, everyone on-site was saying my car was totaled. I had the car towed to Aspen Auto Body and Russ took a look. Long story short, Russ was able to take this smashed up car and turn into a better looking car than when I bought it from the dealership. Aspen Auto Body is second to none, they also have two beautiful German shepherd’s who are extremely friendly and smart on the property. I hope to not have to return because of an accident but I will be referring all friends and family and using Aspen Auto Body if the time ever arises. I can’t thank you all enough, they truly are artist!
