I went to the AT&T store to get my line switched and upgrade to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and Carlos Cabrera, the manager, made the whole experience amazing! He was doing everything by himself, but you wouldn’t even notice because he handled it all like a pro.
Carlos took his time explaining everything to me, making sure my data transferred over, and walking me through all the features of my new phone. He was super patient and never made me feel rushed, even though the store was pretty busy. Honestly, he’s a one-man army!
Carlos definitely deserves a raise and a stronger team to help him out. The fact that he’s able to do so much on his own says a lot about how dedicated and hardworking he is. If you go to this AT&T, make sure to ask for Carlos – he’s the best!

I went in for a phone upgrade. I had been paying $122 a month. He said my plan was antiquated and gave me a new plan plus phone installment for a bit over $60. This prompted me to get a new iPad, which with installments, brought my bill to $130. I received a bill for $277, and the lady at corporate said my bill will be $203 from now on. They refuse to honor the contract to which I agreed earlier this month. Obviously the sales rep was being deceptive and corporate doesn’t even care. I will never go to this store again, and will likely change carriers in the future.

They did a great job of helping me transfer my information and get my new apple watch set up before i left the store. They took their time and didn’t make the transaction feel rushed.

Went to this store to get 4 lines, went over the numbers and agreed on plan. I traded my devices and told me that would gave me a discount. The first month the credits weren’t display and they told me it usually takes up to 2 months for it to show but after that it should be the amount that we previously discussed. It’s been 4 months and still showing double the amount discussed and every time I go there to ask for a resolution no one is able to help me. Worst experience ever!

I got to work with Stephanie and she made everything so easy for me. She helped me find the best solution for what I was looking for at the best cost. And she helped make sure that my new phone was updated correctly and even helped me ship my old phone back.And everyone at the store was super nice and welcoming. If i didn’t need to get home I’d ask if I could just hang here and watch football with them.

Was in this location recently and I’m amazed by the service that I received! I went in for a simple issue and was out within 15 minutes, with my issue resolved! Super great staff here who go above and beyond!

I went to this store last week to try to order the iPhone 15 Pro. I sat down and went over the numbers with the guy who was there and he shared what the cost will be. The guy with the beard asked to see my phone to get the serial number so I gave it to him to get whatever information he needed and walked around looking at the displays. As I came back around I see him going through my photos and he was sweating profusely. He was trying to airdrop my photos to his own phone of my family and even some of my two chocolate labradoodles. I’m not sure what kind of fetish this man has but I was mostly shocked about the photos of my dogs.
