I went to this store last week to try to order the iPhone 15 Pro. I sat down and went over the numbers with the guy who was there and he shared what the cost will be. The guy with the beard asked to see my phone to get the serial number so I gave it to him to get whatever information he needed and walked around looking at the displays. As I came back around I see him going through my photos and he was sweating profusely. He was trying to airdrop my photos to his own phone of my family and even some of my two chocolate labradoodles. I’m not sure what kind of fetish this man has but I was mostly shocked about the photos of my dogs.

Helped us to set up our new iPhone today. Josh went above and beyond to guide us through it over the phone and was very professional. I’ve been at this location over the past several years and they’ve always been courteous and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and drive to another store, you will thank me. Still dealing with being lied to by Kimberly S about a phone promotion from January. AT&T customer service can only tell me I have to get this resolved at the store. The store and division/district manager Liz have done nothing for me since July when I was told this was finally being resolved. Spoke to the new manager of this store Asmeer on October 5th who said he could credit my bill for this month at least while he worked on a permanent resolution so I wouldn’t be paying again for their error and no discount was applied before my autopay. I guess my only option now is to start the arbitration process because they have proven I can’t trust their word.

Just had an awful experience at this store. Quoted me a value on trade in of my phone. When I brought the phone in ( I had to transfer my data and then bring the phone back) a different salesman gave me half the value quoted. I have no recourse. Already transferred all my data and discarded my phone case. This is a bait and switch. Horrible! I am sick about this.

I don't normally write poor reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I had to share it.I went in to trade in 2 phones for the new s23 phones, no problem there. They went to the safe and unfortunately had limited quantity compared to what's officially offered online, again no problem. We're able to agree to a couple phones and we move forward. Now is where things start going downhill.Unknown to me, the representative decided to enroll both phones on a ATT next program ($6/month) plus he decided to enroll me in the insurance plan. Because I had 2 phones it took some time to get both processed so I started getting texts on the first phone letting me know of the changes. When I asked, he said it was automatically added because there were instances in the past where customers claimed they weren't told that insurance was an option so now it's mandatory but customer service can remove it. This doesn't sound right.I left the store with the phones and call customer service. They tell me that there's no such rule of mandatory insurance and removed it. The ATT next also is not automatic but she can't remove it because that can only be removed in the store.Ok now it's trip 2 to the store. They say there's nothing they can do regarding the ATT next and to call customer service.. so now I'm upset and I return one of the phones because it's just not the right phone and we're going to get another one. They slap me with a $55 restocking fee. So much for being a 10 year customer. I'm not going to get that phone from these clowns I'll go to another store.Now it's back to customer service. This agent helps me to the max. She was polite and kind. She can't do anything about ATT next because we have to wait at least 14 days for the remorse period to expire. She stated the store could have refunded the restocking fee that's in their power to do, but customer service can't do that. She applied a $6 credit in case I get charged for the month. We were able to get the phone we wanted and no extra unnecessary charges.Unless you're ready to get swindled with extra fees on your next bill for products you never agreed to, I would stay away from this store and just call ATT their customer service is infinitely better. The only reason I can think of as to why they do it is to show revenue for the store because their not the ones doing any refunds only bogus charges. Stay away.

Unkindness of staff and discrimination of people with poor English language skills. We were rejected for the purchase of a mobile device and a monthly plan. They told us that it was impossible in their store and that we had to go to the Apple center to buy new devices. We found everything we needed on AT&T website. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Emanuel at this location. He is knowledgeable and helpful and makes the entire process of adding a phone streamlined and easy! Excellent service is hard to find these days - much appreciated!

I worked for at&t for 2 years. So I understand the ins and outs of a proper store vs a dysfunctional store. This is a dysfunctional store for sure. I've been told incorrect promotions. Give zero customer service. In fact the employees have been rude and shown that they can care less. They dont offer proper promotions or discounts but rather will try to upsell you on things you don't need. Overheard an employee giving a customer an older phone she didn't need. She could have gotten a new phone and traded her phone in. The new employee didn't bother to check with his manager if this was the best deal they could give(giving the manager a chance to look over the transaction). I chimed in letting the employee know he can give a better deal that would help both the customer and at&t, however I was told to back off by the employee. I've also called in asking about a promotion and was told they aren't able to discuss it over the phone due to policy. Incorrect. I called another store and they helped me and walked me through any and all promotions. I would recommend to stay away from this location as it is an authorized retailer and not a corporate location. I don't mind driving and extra 10 miles just to find a proper location with proper staff.
