I recently purchased a vehicle out of state in which the dealership utilizes Autobox Express. At first everything seemed to be going as planned however when it came time to pick up the vehicle from the dealership I was told by the shipping company that they would need to postpone delivery as the driver hit their max hours. I had already taken time off work for the day that the vehicle was supposed to arrive then find out it would need to be postponed again an extra day. I was supposed to receive the car on a Wednesday but did not end up getting it until Friday in which I needed to take off another day from work. Throughout the whole process communication was Ok however when I addressed my concerns and frustrations the representative was rude and quite frankly did not seem to care. When it came time to pay for the transport, I received an email requesting payment via 3 different methods. One of which was not offered to me at the time of delivery as I would have chosen this option. I decided to pay with a credit card instead and asked them to waive the fee for service which they did as I was not offered the cash payment option when the car was delivered. I am happy the car arrived with no damage but was not happy with the service provided. After reading the reviews I noticed this was a common issue people face with this company for their lack or organization and scheduling methods.

I’m happy with this company, they transported my new Macan from Fl.Driver called a day prior to delivery for update and also 2 hours before reaching my house.Time frames on time as promised, and I get copy from pick up and delivery docs and pics.I will use their service again.Thank you guys.

Clearly damaged my vehicle during transit with before and after photos of Pre and Post delivery. Autobox promptly denied my claim despite brightly highlighting the damage for their claims department in a pre-delivery and post delivery photo.

I needed a car shipped from Texas to NY , I was put in touch with these folks and everything went perfect. they were able to get me in there schedule promptly . Dispatch contacted me and the seller to arrange the pick up and to let me know when to expect car , My driver Russel Stayed in contact as he made his way across the country . Called 3 hours prior to arrival to confirm arrival time . And arrived on time. My wife and daughter met with him for car delivery , He shared some info on the car the seller shared with him. We received a pre shipping condition report and a post shipping report .EVERY THING WENT PERFECT , There equipment looks brand new and in great shape Next car I get shipped I will reach out to these folks first.

Do not trust this company. They caused over $16,000 is damages to a 2020 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. Over a month later still have yet to resolve this issue. They repeated ignored/dodged my efforts to reach them and once I was able to even get a hold of someone will only say the claims department will call back because the claims department does not have a phone number!? Nonsense. Don't deal with this unprofessional and dishonest company unless you want your car wrecked.

I used Autobox Express for transportation of my car and I was very happy with their service.Im especially happy with Stefan as a professional driver who provided me with good communication and patience to all of my questions about the pick up, delivery, eta, updates etc.He sent it to my email pictures and bol with pick up and delivery details.Time frames was as we negotiated.Thank you guys for taking good care.Yes, I will recommend this company and Stefan to my friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their drivers are careless with your vehicle and when you file a legitimate claim they refuse to return calls, hide behind email and refuse to acknowledge fault. The broker and insurance company acknowledge they are at fault. The before and after pictures their driver took prove damage was caused while in their care, yet they deny fault. They carry a high $10K insurance deductible giving them an easy out to deny your claim. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They do not care about their clients and unethically conduct business. Places like this should have their Docket number stripped and be put out of business. I attached their delivery drivers before and after pictures to show this is not a bogus claim to bash a company. Take notice of the fender bends near the hood under the head lights. I have many more pictures and and videos with further documentation and proof of bumper, air-dam, and hood that I did not attach here.

I worked with Shane from LA>Dallas>Tampa>DC and I must say, it was a streamline process. Shane provided updates throughout the transport - arrival times and photos. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future. He event took the time to support with another transporter that was on-site when we have to move multiple vehicles.
