Ania Lesnicki is Best of the best Business officers in BOA that I had ever dealt with , I have over 5 accounts with BOA and she was very professional and welcoming.I just opened a new business account with her and the transaction went very smoothly and fast and she have the best experience and amazing attitude I do highly recommend her .Every one want to open a business account ask and go for her definitely 5 ⭐️.

I work around the area, and I started coming into this branch..... Unlike Chicago Ridge Location, which is near my home, the moment I entered this branch, I was greeted by a lady and a couple of gentlemen who were knowledgeable about not only the product ls and services but also the precise locations they offer SDB I wish I would've asked for their name to mention it here because they are nice people to deal with i was able to book an appointment at 95th street branchin Oak Lawn..... oh and by the way the lady at the teller line is also helpful and nice ?

terrible, really uneducated staff! the majority of really basic questions for a small business owner left unanswered (e.g., can i add another user to account to login- manager was quick to say "no of course not!" /correct answer: of course you can; how much are checks: "no idea"; what are limits on Zelle payments: "no clue"). by and large the personnel at this site (i had nearly entirely useless sessions w/ the bank manager and the so-called 'small business expert' sigh Ania) know nothing and but are very arrogant and high on their own fumes and waste your time, e.g., you make an appointment but will still find yourself waiting for 30+ minutes, even though the banker you are meeting w/ is fully aware you are present and have been waiting awhile! zero consideration for your time. the ONLY thing the staff there know how to say over and over is to call "online business support," where of course it is very hard to finally reach a real person to chat with. but seriously all of this begs the question, why are there even human bankers when they are so incredibly disinterested and unknowledgeable and seemingly lazy yikes ?!

I come in the branch to report my lost card , the lady at the counter explained me how to the online, but is better once I am at your bank we go faster and easy instead of calling customer service, I can’t help you today bla bla, we have in bankar she is busy, wooow, how you’re not busy to take a payments, shame of you, I will never come back here , so disappointed

Never seen such attitude in a Bank of America branch. It seems like for them not all the customers are the same. If they have to spend time with you and you are the only one in the bank, they will kick you out saying that it will take 3 minutes not 1 min. Ok, waste of time, where are rhe managers looking!
