Bring your own WD-40, machines are old, not maintained, hard to move from being dry. At least 10 years going, same machines from 10+ years ago.

If you're a gym goer with low to moderate experience looking for a place to put your head down and do some work, this place is fine. Lots of machines, 'enough' benches usually, only two squat racks plus two Smiths.
If you're a pro or you're looking for vibes, this isn't the spot, unless your vibes are People You Wish Wouldn't Come to Thanksgiving. Permanent fixtures regardless of day or time are unattended 11 year olds and divorced dads looking for captive audiences to yap at because their families are obviously done with them.

Was working out here with a friend this morning and saw 2 Amazon drivers try to come in because at this gym there is an Amazon locker inside. 1 looked like he was training the other. Both doors were locked despite being open during buisness hours. This buisness needs to make it easier for them they do so much for us. Why even have an Amazon locker if they can’t even get to it???? Hours on door say 7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday

I would not suggest this gym. The locker room is always a mess and the cleaning seems to be on the members.
In addition, please no that when you cancel, you cannot cancel over the phone. In addition, it’s a 30 day cancellation notice. So basically this place squeezes an extra payment out of you even if you can’t use the facility.
I would find somewhere else to go that’s 24/7.

Simple and great gym. The equipment is standard and limited that’s why not 5 stars. The staff was welcoming and nice! Clean and organized.

Clean, friendly, perfect morning workout atmosphere.Might be over crowded at night, too many young people at night.I think there needs to be a limit of 5 people under 25 at a time

Was planning on returning and getting a membership, spoke with a girl on phone today. Inquired about new "$19" Annual Fee, email I received said no money down or added fees. Her response was " Yep, it's an added fee just like everything else, it's called inflation ". No thanks, I'll find another gym, you have no pool, no sauna/spa, rude employees and can't bring a guest. I'll find another gym.
